This spacious and bright home is located just 5 minutes from downtown Spokane and Kendall Yards. With 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a queen air mattress, smart TV, WiFi, coffee, stocked kitchen and fenced back yard, you're sure to find joy in your visit!
The Space:
This lovely home boasts a king size bed, a queen size bed, over-sized dining area and large kitchen, offering plenty of space for you and your fellow travelers. We provide coffee and basic cooking spices and oil, and a well-stocked kitchen for cooking. We also have fast Wifi, since the home is 5 minutes to downtown Spokane or Kendall Yards. Our back yard is fenced, but smaller pets should still be supervised so that they don't escape.
Neighborhood is on a quiet street just blocks from a main arterial, and just minutes to downtown Spokane.

Summary: The place is well kept. Communication with host was excellent/easy. No problem finding parking on the street. Check in, and in/out locking was simple. Walking distance to a few breweries and restaurants, and Safeway. The walk to downtown is 1.25 miles so be sure you're ready for that walk back up hill, too. It's unfortunate that the neighborhood is full of houses that are not as well kept up. Fairly quiet though. Back deck is very pleasant but could use a small table to set drinks and snacks. Solid wi-fi, big flat screen TV to use your favorite streaming account. Kitchen is pretty well stocked though could use another frying/saute pan - there was only one. Had to use the deep/wide pot as a 2nd proxy. Comfy king sized foam mattress.

Summary: We liked everything about this place! Large bed and bathroom, comfortable living space, great kitchen, nice goodies! The owners ask that you don’t wear shoes inside, so bring slippers! We enjoyed our stay so much more than staying at a hotel/motel. Good location in town as well.

Summary: We SO much enjoyed our 5 day stay. Definitely our Number 1 stay when in this part of the state. This house is outstanding. Easy location. So clean. We really made use of the fully stocked kitchen and other appliances. Loved the super fast internet and huge ultra hi-dep TV w/ netflix/prime/ Disney+ !! Really there was nothing that we needed, this place was perfect for us. We usually travel with our multiple dogs (who are like our kids) and its often very difficult and/or ultra expensive, regardless of how well behaved they are. So finding a place on a route we often travel was such a blessing. They were so happy and chilled here. There are so many beautiful parks and hiking trails in Spokane, what a treat !! Thanks again so much for making our work trip really feel like a vacation.
