Summary: Condo was exactly what we were looking for on our first trip to Phoenix. Clean, comfortable, nice neighborhood, friendly people, great pool, and close to the American Family Field and Casino. Would love to come back again!

Summary: Nice condo on first level. Great location near 101. Grocery store and a few restaurants nearby. Pantry nicely stocked with staples such as salt, pepper, cinnamon, etc. Pool was heated and hot tub was relaxing.

Summary: Very nice unit, roomy, well stocked with necessities. The neighborhood was largely under construction with cones on a lot of the access roads. Restaurants not nearby but the nearby town of Glendale had lots of restaurants and retail stores. The pool was nice when we could use it. It was closed for a weekend for chemical problems but the pool deck was a nice place to sit and read if not swimming. We had two small problems that the host responded to. Overall a nice community inside the gates

Summary: The property is well situated, very safe and very clean. We enjoyed the pool area and the workout rooms the most. We would have enjoyed the property more if there had been a coffee table in the living area and dressers in the rooms. The rooms are very bare of any furniture as was noted in the photos, but made the stay less enjoyable.
