Summary: This house is so fantastic. Everything that you can possibly need is provided. The house is very well appointed - plenty of comfy beds for everyone and great places to hang out inside and outside the house. Close to downtown Waco shopping and dining and easy to get to Baylor for university functions. We would love to stay here again!

Summary: This cutie was perfect for an extended family (14-81) visit to Waco. Very accessible (no stairs), great location- within walking distance to the coolest coffee bar and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to everything. Super easy and no stress.

Summary: Such an amazing place!! Our hostess thought of everything… beautiful welcome note with a bottle of seasonal wine that was delicious, many coffee choices and creams in the fridge, also snacks, water, and soda’s. The house was decorated nicely with plenty of room to hang out… watch tv and play games. This was a mother and adult daughter trip. We all appreciated the hair dryer and extras like nail polish remover, cotton balls, q-tips, nice shampoo and conditioner, even bubble bath. We may not have used everything but it was great how well stocked it was… the toilet paper was even soft. The location was close to everything and we had a blast!! We would all highly recommend staying here!!
