Stunning 5 bedroom home on Lake Anna's public side. Mirabella features an open and airy interior with floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceiling and 2 mile lake views from every room. A perfect retreat for multi-family vacations with every amenity you could ever need. The spacious furnished dock has ceiling fans and enclosed bar with a comfortable shaded sitting area. The natural sandy beach is perfect for sunning and playing in the water while the large grassy lawn provides a lakeside corn hole/bocce space. Mirabella features a luxurious main floor master suite, spacious dining area, high end appliances, 2 kitchens, 3 full size refrigerators (one at dock bar area), enclosed outdoor shower, three 60 inch smart TV's plus smaller bedroom TV's, Xfinity high speed internet and game room with pool, foosball and shuffleboard tables. Other amenities include 2 stand-up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, canoe, multiple flotation devices, 4 anti-gravity chairs, his and her bikes, board games, puzzles, books, dvd player and Sonos speakers. Upper and lower decks, stone patio with propane grill and a short gently sloping walkway to the lake enhance the enjoyment. The dock has a well cleated and bumpered side for mooring boats and a swimming ladder. Fisherman's Cove is excellent for fishing, skiing, wake boarding and wake surfing, and the gated neighborhood is perfect for walking and biking.
Mirabella is available as a weekly rental, Sunday to Sunday only.

Summary: We had an awesome week staying at the Mirabella house! The house itself was perfect - very clean upon arrival, beautiful views of the lake, stocked with anything and everything that you could possibly need for your stay and lots of room the 12 people that we had staying there (6 adults and 6 kids). The boat dock and beach area are just steps away from the house which makes boating super easy and convenient. The gated neighborhood is also very private and quiet which was nice for early morning walks. All communication with the host was also super fast and helpful! We loved it so much that we have already booked another week for next summer. Perfect house on Lake Anna!

Summary: Our family was very happy with our stay. The house was so clean and bright. The host left a welcome note and a box of chocolates to welcome us. The Kitchen was well stocked for anything we needed. Plenty of towels for showering. Access to the lake was good and the deck that has a covering made sitting outside to enjoy the view of the lake on hot days enjoyable. The kayates and paddle boards were added activities for fun. We had a wonderful time with our family, our yearly vacation we look forward to. Thank you

Summary: Beautiful property with amazing view from house and dock. We have been coming to Lake Anna for 8 years and this was our favorite house. Quiet cove with little boat traffic. Kids loved kayaking swimming and fishing. House had everything we needed and was very spacious to accommodate 14 of us. Looking forward to next year!

Summary: Our amazing week began as soon as we opened the front door and glimpsed the spectacular views. This waterfront house is impeccably maintained and wonderfully equipped. Our family, spanning ages from 10 to 80, found something to enjoy in every corner of this fabulous house. The large gourmet kitchen, the entertaining game room, the boat house living room & bar, the private beach with paddleboards and the lovely garden with firepit for s’mores are just a few of the outstanding features of this fantastic house. In every detail, from the thoughtful amenities to the stunning location, this house offered us a perfect week of relaxation & joy. It's a place where we created lasting memories together and we couldn't have asked for a more ideal setting for our family vacation.

Summary: Everything about this house is 5 stars! It was clean and well stocked with all the essentials from the spacious kitchen to the boat dock. The open common area has a fabulous view of the lake. There is a spacious kitchen for preparing meals and a huge table for everyone to eat together. We loved having the extra fridge in the basement too. Listing is accurate and the owner is immediately responsive to any needs. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Summary: This was our sixth year at Lake Anna and the lake front home named Mirabella is our favorite spot! Great floor plan, ideal setting and the beach and boat house-pier put it over the top.

Summary: This was our second year a Mirabella. We came with 6 grandchildren ages one to six, and 3 sets of parents. The house is beautiful, the kitchen has everything anyone could need. The large dock house and beach are extremely user friendly because the water is shallow for the small ones. The large covered dock assures that you can be in shade if needed with the kids or on the beach in the sun. We love everything about Mirabella. Thanks for making it great Susan.
