Villa Mirador is a superb, large, family villa for 6, with stunning views out to sea and just 15 minutes from the Arenal beach in Javea. This beautiful villa is new to White Coast’s portfolio for 2018 and is an interior design project handled by our own team, who have delivered a sophisticated summer rental. A 3 bedroom villa with deep blue views of the Mediterranean and the yachts sailing on the horizon. This breath taking villa and the fantastic views will live long in the memory. Nestled above the cliffs but only a 15 minute drive from Javea and 25 minutes from Moraira, The villa has a great location. For those who enjoy a stroll, the local restaurants are within 10 minutes and serve Spanish traditional menus and Mediterranean favourites from across Europe. Villa Mirador is an ideal villa for one large group or 2 families totalling 6 people looking for a perfect holiday close to the Javea / Moraira / Denia area within the Marina Alta. From the quiet cul-de-sac the villa is a mix of modern and traditional features with large wooden gates and doors giving both security and privacy. Make your way up the drive from the imposing gates and pass through the main door into the grand entrance hall which links to the open plan living room and dining room. The 9m x 4m pool is surrounded by a large flat terrace for the sun worshippers and kids to play. The pool benefits from a shaded naya with comfortable seating and a further al fresco dining experience. Adjacent to the main living room are 2 bedrooms one king size en-suite and another with twin single beds and and en suite walk in showeroom. There is the well appointed kitchen with brand new appliances for the chefs in the group. The central space in the villa is perfect for those who like to entertain with dining inside and outside for 6 people and with centrally located kitchen you can choose where you would like to relax and eat. The living space seats 6 comfortably on a large sofa with a 48″ flat screen TV and UK satellite channels meaning you will never be short of something to watch. Please note this villa does not have Spanish TV channels. On this main central level there is a high quality dining table for 6 guests. From this level you can walk straight out to the pool and listen to the sizzle of the gas BBQ in the evening sun. At the side of the living room and entrance hall are the stairs up to the master bedroom, which is perfectly appointed; it is very private and made up of a master en-suite bedroom with Super king size bed and large walk in shower room, fitted wardrobes and your own private view. The villa has fibre optic Wi-Fi throughout at no extra cost and benefits from air conditioning in all bedrooms and electric fans for guests to use. This villa is a real gem and if you are looking for the perfect villa holiday with your family then this is it……look no further! This villa is strictly no smoking inside or outside the property. Linen and bath / pool / hand towels provided free of charge. Villa will be cleaned only between lets, however a full linen and towel changeover will be available weekly on request. Golf: Within 15 minutes drive of the villa is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is 20 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within an hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre. Other areas to explore: 15 minutes drive away is Javea. It is made up of three areas, the Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians. The port area with its fish market and promenade and the old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning. 10km from Javea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafes, bars and restaurants. The resort of Benidorm is only a 30 minutes drive away and close by is Terra Mitica, which is one of Europes largest theme parks. Visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square. Javea Town: Javea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Javea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year. Javea town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.

Summary: Lovely well appointed quiet Villa with private pool which would comfortably sleep 6 adults in three bedrooms. Property manager was extremely helpful but not intrusive in any way. Definitely a return visit on the cards.

Summary: This was by far one of the most beautiful holiday villa's we have stayed in (and we have stayed in many). It was clean, well kept, beautiful inside and of course the grounds and views were amazing. Louise couldn't have been more helpful and responsive throughout our stay! We would love to come back!

Summary: We really enjoyed our week at Mirador, the property is perfectly situated with incredible views. I would suggest having a car to make the most of the surroundings, the beach at Granadella is really special. The property manager Louise was excellent, I would have now hesitation returning to this villa.

Summary: This property is amazing! The house is very well appointed with everything you need. The furniture is modern and comfortable. The decor is extremely tasteful. It was immaculately clean. The pool is large and private and also spotless. The views are unreal. The yard and lot is large and private. The location is great, perched on a high point about 20 mins drive from anything you need. I usually try to find some constructive feedback but this time I have none. This place could not be better! We loved it.

Summary: We have recently returned from a four weeks holiday staying in Casa Mirador. The villa is in a wonderful private location overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Casa Mirador is Finca-style villa, spacious and very comfortable . It has an elegance of a bygone Spanish era with vaulted ceilings, with marble floors throughout the property. The house has been recently refurbished and is spotlessly clean. There are three bedrooms all with new en-suite facilities. The beds are extremely comfortable with memory-foam toppers. There is air conditioning in each bedroom. The kitchen has new appliances which includes a dishwasher, washer dryer, hob and oven and a fridge freezer. There is an Nespresso coffee machine and a blender. The lounge has a comfortable sofa unit and a day bed. There is gas central heating throughout, and we found it very comfortable and easy to control. There is excellent wifi and a new large plasma screen, smart TV, with numerous channel selections. Outside there is a large recreational area with wrap around gardens which are private and not overlooked. The sea view from here is breathtaking!!!! Patio furnishings, bbq, and sun loungers are new and comfortable. The booking and communications with Louise and Dean of White Coast Properties was excellent. We were met warmly by Louise who had prepared the villa for us and provided us with a welcome pack of provisions. She walked us through the house and explained the facilities and how to operate them. This is the second time we have rented using White Coast Properties, and would have no hesitation of using them in the future. This villa definitely has the ‘wow-factor’ and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very sad to say goodbye.

Summary: The property was in very good condition with the most beautiful views overlooking the ocean. The villa was clean and well maintained with everything in very good working order. If we were to be there in the hotter months, we would definitely require air conditioning but would definitely return to visit. The service we received from Dean and his co-workers was excellent and would highly recommend this Villa for rental.
