Positive: A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location, with a rooftop terrace that gives sunshine and wonderful views. Pablo met us and parked the car for us, gave us a guided tour, and said we could help ourselves to lemons and pomegranates from the trees in their garden. Our room had a balcony, we enjoyed the welcome gift of wine, watching the sunset. Supplies were also left for our breakfast the following day, and we were given helpful information about places to eat and which buses to use for The Alhambra. Everything was clean and in beautiful condition.
Negative: Not a problem for us, but the nature of the location means be prepared to navigate narrow one way streets, and you cannot escape steps!

Positive: Fantastic location, with views over the historical centre and easy 6-8min stroll downhill. We bought the Granada card which allowed us to catch the bus back so we didn't have to challenge the uphill return back to the apartment, The owner, Begoña (Bego) was were very friendly and helpful, to the extent that she did our laundry at no extra charge. Provided undercover parking nearby for €10/day which was an added bonus. I would thoroughly recommend this for your stay in Granada.

Positive: Mirador del Zenete was a little slice of paradise. From the moment we made the booking, the hostess (Begona) reached out to us via booking DM to thank us for booking, and provided very timely and clear responses when we had questions in the weeks leading up to our stay. Begona also gave us a personal tour of the apartment when we arrived, and also provided us with a list of her personal recommendations - we went to half of the restaurants she recommended and they were excellent. Begona also kindly helped us book a cab from the apartment to the airport on our final day, appreciate it! Location - Apartment is in the albayzin. It requires a little climbing from Granada's city centre, but nothing too strenuous. The views from the patio were breathtaking - I recommend going up right before sunset to drink in the views. Everything was very accessible; all within a 10-15 minute walk. Apartment - Very clean and spacious for 2 people with two massive luggages. The apartment included a decent-size living room, a kitchen, as well as a big bed in the sole master bedroom. No complaints about the water pressure + heat too. Do remember to bring your own set of toothbrushes + toothpaste as the apartment did not include this. All in all, a most wonderful week's stay at Mirador del Zenete. I can't wait to return.
