Summary: Our stay at Miranda Gardens Resort was one of the highlights of our North Coast road trip. The property is peaceful, comfortable, and perfectly located just off the Avenue of the Giants, making it an ideal base for exploring Humboldt Redwoods State Park. We especially appreciated the quiet setting after full days of hiking among the redwoods. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including the convenience of a private bathroom. Waking up surrounded by towering trees and enjoying coffee in such a tranquil setting made this a memorable experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to slow down and experience the beauty of the redwoods, we highly recommend Miranda Gardens Resort.

Summary: Beautiful setting among the redwoods and the resort is adorable- great design and very clean rooms. They are working on renovations which will make the place super fun and great to visit. The lack of five stars is due to our specific visit- just a note on the door at the lobby until 6:30pm, bright light from the street shining in our front door as we sleep, and construction noise too early. They also really need to replace the mattresses- so hard and warped from top much use.

Summary: I was excited to choose this "resort" for our stay in the redwoods. The setting is good and having a individual cabin was nice. It did have a good size fridge. It was clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. It does have great reviews but would not choose to stay there again. It was overpriced in my opinion.

Summary: The property was very well located, right across the street from a little (excellent) coffee place, a good restaurant (Avenue), grocery and gas station. It was easy to get to many of the popular trails by car. It was very quiet in the unit, even though it faced the Ave of the Giants. The woman who checked me in was extremely pleasant and helpful.The negatives were that the unit decor was way overdone, with flower motif (decals and artwork) on literally everything (toilet and mini-fridge, walls etc) and so many pillows that I had to put them away before I could sit on the little couch. Maybe because it was off-season, there was no daily maid service, and the office was only open certain hours in the late afternoon, though they did have a number posted so you could call them. The bathroom sink was VERY slow to empty, but I never reported it.

Summary: Very comfortable! Everyone is so nice at resort and in town. It has a coffee shop, cafe and restaurant right across the street! That was very convenient

Summary: We had a very pleasant stay at one of the cabins in the Resort. The cabin was clean and comfy with lovely decor; the kitchen is cute and functional. The surrounding area is quiet and has gorgeous views. It has a great location, with lots of hikes nearby. We will definitely come back again in the Summer!
