Positive: Loved the beautiful outlook, quiet surroundings, excellent modern accomodation, very well maintained. Wonderful large deck, relaxing atmosphere. Huge modern kitchen with appropriate cooking facilities. Great views of rhe lake, friendly neighbours.

Negative: Driveway is a bit narrow and steep for larger vehicles but was not a deterrent.

Negative: I would not call this property “pet friendly” - maybe pet tolerant. No where in the ad does it mention dogs must be kept outside, only found out via a note posted to the back door. I don’t travel with my dogs for them to only be kept outside in the cold and rain, particularly in a tiny square that’s not well protected from the elements. Also didn’t appreciate having to watch TV via the internet and logging into my own account for each of the channel apps. When the internet wasn’t working well, the tv stopped working. Not very relaxing. How hard is it to buy an antennae cable and connect the tv to the aerial?

Positive: On the whole very happy with house. Comfortable bedrooms, ensuites with 3 of the bedrooms a plus especially with 4 adult girls staying. Open kitchen with magnificent adjacent balcony, just beautiful especially at sunset.

Negative: The steep driveway was a challenge. There was a distinct odour possibility from carpet shampoo. Only 1 tea towel in kitchen, no wooden spoons for stirring or meat tenderiser, no paper towel roll. Not a major concern but would have made stay a bit better. Lounge could not accommodate all of us when watching a movie.

Summary: Beautiful house and location. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings.
