Positive: Overall comfortable and clean structure, good location and good breakfast.

Negative: The rooms and infrastructure are a bit tired and would need refurbishment. Definitely overpriced for what one gets. None of the staff present during my visit was speaking English, not clear which other languages were spoken beyond Kurdish and Turkish

Positive: Gorgeous hotel. Everything luxe and apparently good condition. Beds were very comfortable. Mini bar well stocked. Decent selection of toiletries and refreshments. Slippers were provided as well as towelling gown. Laundry facility was offered. The staff were very helpful albeit not every staff could communicate well in English language.

Negative: Few staff were able to communicate well in English but with their broken English and my broken Turkish we got by. Reception wanted to charge me again for the reservation even though I'd already paid via Booking.com. Our passports were kept aside overnight by the receptionist while he confirmed this with the manager.

Summary: Really nice hotel. Only stayed one night so didn't see it all but loved what we saw.

Negative: The french bed too little for 2 people, couldn’t sleep properly. Room was smelling cigarettes, it was dirty under the bed.
