Our beautiful, lakefront home is fun, cozy, modern & luxurious! This private, 3,000sq/ft cottage offers 4 bedrooms, 3 with private baths, another ½ bath, full kitchen, laundry room, a theater room, a wood burning firepit, gas grill & dock out to the sandy bottom waters of Gun Lake! The home seats & sleeps up to 10 of your friends and family for the best mitten vacation! It also offers central air, WiFi, 6 smart TV’s, 3 gas fireplaces, a portable crib & is only minutes from the casino, golf, the Bay Pointe Inn & the Tanger outlet mall! There are hiking & snowmobile trails nearby as well and 2 ski resorts within 25-35 minutes as well.
*Due to township restrictions on vacation rental properties around the lake, no more than 3 vehicles can be on the property at any time. Violations will result is a $500 fine per vehicle.
*Due to exorbitant, irresponsible use, propane is no longer provided free of charge. Arrangements for such can be made with the Host directly but only with a minimum of 2 days notice.
*The dock & patio furniture are available for use May thru September
*There is absolutely no smoking, or drugs (including marijuana) in the house, or on the property at any time during your stay. This will result in fines if violated.
*There are also 3 exterior security cameras on the premise: the front door, the back patio and the upper deck. They are not to be tampered with. Doing so will result in additional fines & possible eviction.
*Please also note, the home does not provide: life vests, water/beach accessories (aside from towels), sporting goods (fishing poles, skates, skis, kayaks, paddle boards, tubes, rafts & other toys) or motorized vehicles (boats, jet skis or snowmobiles).

Summary: This is a well built, well appointed, clean, home. Peaceful. Be sure to double check the listing specifics again before your approved cancellation date to make sure it's still offering all the details you're looking for, as the listing is updated with new pics and policies from time to time. The kitchen is stocked only with necessities in the categories of dishes, tools, drinkware, cookware, bakeware. Nothing more. If you're avid foodies or bakers, like our group is, be sure to bring what you need/love for serious kitchen use. EG: knives, cutting boards, aprons, coffee grinder, water kettle... etc. The parking pad is far from the front door. We weren't prepared for that obstacle. There's a provided wagon which really helped us out. But, heavy things (totes, large rolling suitcases...) will need to be carried a short distance by hand. As will as any water equipment you may want to bring with you. And plan your time ahead as the short trek adds up when your loading out before check-out at 10am.

Summary: Had a great weekend with friends at this location. Was very close to the casino and there was a grocery store that was literally a minute drive away. Host contacted me well in advance with the option to cancel about a correction to the listing. Would stay again!

Summary: The home was so clean and the view of the lake is amazing! The kitchen is very large and wonderful for preparing meals for the family. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The house is very large with 4 bathrooms - so convenient and comfortable for a larger group of people. We were surprised that there was no glassware but the kitchen was nicely stocked with pots and pans and dishes aside from that. The location is lovely, lake front and quite near many hiking trails. The host was kind and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Summary: Your house is beautiful and we would love to rent it again... only things I would suggest, is maybe look into water softener or aomethi g that help the smell of water and sand comes out of big bedroom bathrm sink downstairs. And have your cleaning lady move couches when they sweep. We moved the the loveseat a little so everyone could see TV and there was a lot of trash underneath it. But other that beautiful home and thank you so much!
