Positive: Beautiful 2/2.5 condo - clean, spacious & modern yet cozy unit on 17th floor. High end amenities. Pool (did not use) looked amazing and the garden was a relaxing green oasis manifested as a cul-de-sac lined with benches and manicured trimmed bushes. The garden'e elevation gave it good city views but not nearly as good as from the apartment. The apartment was same or better than in photos. Convenient location would be an understatement. An upscale mall at the base of the building includes at least a dozen eateries, a grocery store with an impressive range and high quality produce, a cinema and a bowling alley (last 2 we didn't get to). Within the living complex the grounds and facilities are well maintained and feel very safe. Staff is always polite and accommodating. And Héctor and Erika were very helpful, attentive and accommodating as hosts.
Negative: Nothing negative, just something to remember and it's likely well described somewhere but we didn't find it at first. * The fully-stocked gym is not part of the deal. Did not affect me at all tbh. * The bedroom cooling units, 1 in each, run on ice. The downstairs grocery store carries literally everything BUT ice. Within a block there are 2 convenience stores that do carry ice. With ice available temp in bedrooms is easy to regulate & maintain. Living room has a nice proper portable A/C by the window. I found ice cooling to be more pleasant while sleeping once we got the hang of it - less humidity & air is fresher.
Summary: convenient, safe and wonderful overall place to stay in Mexico City, would not hesitate to return

Positive: Absolutely all. Location, premises, flat, bed, toilets, view. All
Negative: The fact that every day have to renew the car park access card and the personnel is rude. Also, they administration guy mistreated people when they know is short stay booking there is discrimination.
