Gorgeous 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom private home, sleeps up to 10. Has amazing views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab Rim. Only 10minutes from the heart of downtown, but still far enough to allow you to enjoy the large outdoor patio with hot tub, fire pit, horseshoe pits and wet bar. Located on over an acre, there is ample parking for your jeeps, trailers, etc. Large parties are welcome here, and there is plenty of space to accommodate them. Moving inside you'll find over 3000 sqft. of space to stretch out in, spread over 2 floors. The master bedroom on the lower level feature both a jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower, as well as a King size bed. The other 3 bedrooms are located upstairs which features dramatic views through the large picture window in the seating area at the top of the stairs. Upstairs bedding includes: 2nd Bedroom: Queen, 3rd Bedroom: Double, Double/Twin Bunk Beds, 4th Bedroom: Queen Bed. And there are 2 additional twin size pull-out beds in the formal living room off the entry. Enjoy making your own meals in the well-furnished kitchen, or use the BBQ in the back. And relax in the great room while watching a movie in front of a crackling fire. The Dish Network package here provides access to most all channels, including HBO and Showtime. So whether you want to relax indoors after a long fun filled day, or continue the activities in the back yard, Moab Desert Home is the perfect place to spend your Moab vacation.

Summary: The house is beautiful inside and out. Excellent location being close to Moab's main area, but far enough away for privacy. I was with my wife and 2 kids. The house is plenty big for 4 and the house was so clean when we got there. Only down side of this property and the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the hot tub wasn't working as it should. It was in sleep mode and wouldn't warm up to the desired temp. We contacted the 3rd party that takes care of the hot tub and they could not get it working for our stay. Definitely a bummer when that is one of the main reasons we picked this property. Definitely would stay here again....just maybe would call ahead about the hot tub first.

Summary: Property management group was nice and easy to work with. Property was large enough for our entire family. Hot tub and back yard horse shoe pit were fun. We would stay there again.

Summary: This was a great property for our family to get together as we all live in different states. We got to enjoy Moab and be together in the evenings to cook dinner together. Backyard was great for the dogs. Also great parking available for your vehicles, quads, and trailers

Summary: A group of ten of us stayed here for 6 nights for an off roading trip. The house was absolutely perfect for our trip. A large yard with secure parking, lots to do like a fire pit and horseshoes and a hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the home is beautifully decorated. We all really enjoyed this house and have no complaints. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Summary: My husband & I along with another couple stayed in the Moab Desert House for a 10 day vacation. The view of the red rocks against the snow covered La Sal Mountains behind the house was breathtaking and, had the weather been warmer we would have enjoyed sitting on the lovely back deck taking in the sights. At least we had nice big windows to gaze through. We were a bit surprised at the lack of staples provided in the kitchen but understand that in these Covid days every precaution must be taken for safety. If you like a tempurpedic mattress, you’ll love the master bed. In contrast, the mattresses on the upstairs beds are firmer but quite comfortable. I must say I miss the personal touches of conversing with an owner when renting a vacation home. The only contact we had with Moab Lodging and Property Management was at the time of booking. I’m sure we could have reached out with our questions about the area but we spoke to some of the locals and found out what we needed. The staff person at the Information Center in the town of Moab had a wealth of information, knowledge and advice. The location of the house proved to be a perfect base for day trips into Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park, and driving River Road and Potash Road along the Colorado River. We enjoyed a delicious, fancy dinner at the Sunrise Grill for our Valentine’s Day celebration. Other great local eating establishments we visited: Moab Coffee Roasters, The Donut Shop (they often sell out by 10 a.m. so get there early!), and The Moab Diner. We got our groceries at the City Market and the Village Market. We had a delightful vacation exploring the surrounding area and I would highly recommend a lengthy visit, especially in the off-season when there are less crowds and no long lines of traffic.

Summary: Our family of 6 adults enjoyed this wonderful home. Just minutes from downtown Moab, and convenient to National Parks. Very comfortable living room area and beds. Hot tub was well used by our family, as well as the fire pit and horseshoe pit. The only suggestion I would give for improvement would be for some more comfortable chairs (such as adirondack chairs) for the firepit, to lay back and gaze at the beautiful starry sky at night. Highly recommend this listing.

Summary: Overall great house. Lots of room for our party of 8. Great views both from the front and back of the house. The only downfall was the lack of extra supply for paper towels and toilet paper. There was also no basic cleaning supply for counter tops. We would for sure stay here again.
