Positive: The facilities were first class, a real home from home. Bianca was really helpful, meeting us on arrival with a welcome pack, and setting up the thermostat in each room. Brilliant location for walks with our dog and a secure rear garden. Definitely return.

Positive: This property was fantastic. Lovely quiet location, nice touches such as welcome pack on arrival and some goodies in the fridge. Even some Halloween sweets and autumn/halloween decorations as our stay was the end of October. Owner was very welcoming and my children even got to feed the cows and sheep in the neighbouring field with their apples. All rooms were clean, tidy beautifully furnished and beds very comfy. There were games and puzzles available as well as laundry and washing/dishwashing consumables. The lanterns and lighting made it feel super cosy as did the underfloor heating. The pub nearby was welcoming but unfortunately their kitchen had been fire damaged a couple of weeks ago but there were leaflets of take aways. (Can recommend the burger place in Pitstone!). Would recommend for joint family get togethers and celebrations. Or a cosy quiet break to enjoy walks around the area

Positive: Perfect accommodation in a lovely location. The host, Bianca, was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The property was festively decorated; there was a starter selection of essentials when we arrived and gifts had been provided for the ladies in our party. Everything was clean, tidy modern and functional, and there was nothing we needed to enhance our stay. All rooms were spacious with plenty of storage. We took a well behaved dog who was happy too! Highly recommended.

Negative: LOL, the weather was cold, but we were toasty warm inside.

Summary: Highly recommended accommodation with a perfect host.

Positive: Bianca was a welcoming host to this modern, spacious and recently renovated barn conversion which we enjoyed staying at as a family of 5. The kids loved their bedrooms, especially the one with the TV bed! We made good use of the garden and the green egg barbecue provided. Set in a very quiet location and with easy access to the nearby Canal for walks. Bianca and family live in the farmhouse next door and she was easily contactable for any queries. Would highly recommend for a countryside escape.
