Positive: Once I arrived, after a little difficulty, everything was 'plain sailing'. I parked near the front door. My room and ensuite were very satisfactory, if a little small. Wi-Fi available. Plenty of storage space for clothes etc in my room. Tea and coffee making 'facilities' were on the landing near the room door. Cost of staying (cash on arrival) was good value. Breakfast was very tasty in the conservatory at the rear of the house. No problems to report. (Note: I'm not a fussy visitor - it's all very subjective!) I would be happy to stay here again. Recommended.

Negative: The lack of signposts to the house. I arrived after dark but not such a problem during daylight hours, perhaps. If you have a satnav that can find places based on postal codes, type in: 'R14 YH60'. No other gripes.

Summary: A nice handy (basic) affordable, comfortable place to stay, with nice hosts.
