Nestled in a quiet area on the Key Peninsula in Lakebay, WA. We are 15 minutes from Gig Harbor. We are on 2 acres of land-surrounded by trees.
We have 3 dogs that are in our dog runs and several cats that go in and out of the house.
We are a pet friendly house. Let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet.
We live in the home and the guest room and bathroom are for our guests .
Week days we have a hot beverage station.
3O minute drive to the Ferry to in Bremerton.

Summary: Maureen and Dave are wonderful hosts, making sure that their guests feel as at home as possible! It's clear they enjoy having guests. The room is just off the eating area, and guests have a dedicated bathroom. The bed is firm, but comfortable, and there a little bit of storage, including a suitcase rack to set luggage up on. I would recommend staying here!

Summary: Mo and Dave were very pleasant to stay with. They have a few cats and dogs, which were friendly. The house is clean and cozy. The bed and bath were exactly what I needed on my short trip to the area. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Mo and Dave!

Summary: Everything you need is there. Great even for a single night stay, wish we didn’t have such a short one. Maureen is a very welcoming host. And went the extra step to welcome us late night. The decor was wonderful, she also had treats. I’m sure they can accommodate anyone.

Summary: We visited the same weekend as the Kentucky Derby, so Mo & Dave were gearing up for a proper celebration. They were kind enough to share their fried chicken and *very* authentic mint juleps. The room and neighboring bathroom were thoroughly decked out with thoughtfully themed accoutrement, and Mo & Dave themselves were excellent hosts.

Summary: I would echo the same comments as those on my first half review. Thanks! Charming place to stay. Also, the breakfast/coffee bar offerings were very thoughtful and made the stay comfortable and enjoyable, too.

Summary: The room and bathroom suite are charmingly decorated and supplied to feel like a beach vacation, and the location is quiet but close to main roads and stores or restaurants. They also provide books, movies, TV options and outdoor/patio sitting areas to pass the time and relax. There are some cats to share the shared space with, but as long as people know that and don't mind it, the shared kitchen and entrance work out fine.
