This modern, bright, cozy suite is in an executive home with a private entrance and secure self check-in lockbox. Although slightly smaller, upon entering, you will be greeted with an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. To your left is a large full-bathroom, including both a washer and dryer, and all the essential bathroom amenities. The spacious bedroom holds a queen size bed, and a large closet with plenty of storage space. The kitchen offers full-size appliances including fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, with all the essential cooking equipment, small appliances, including kettle and drip coffee maker. The main living area features a 3 seat bar height table for eating or working on, with built-in USB ports for easy phone charging. Summary: My daughter and I stayed here for her swim meet at Saanich Commenwealth Place. It was everything we needed. Full kitchen and laundry and a separate bedroom for her and sofa bed in the main room for me. The unit is fully self contained from the main house, no shared entrance or doors leading to the main house. It is in a nice quiet area of modern construction. Also everything is above ground so there it doesn't feel like you are on the bottom floor. Everything is new and clean. The ultimate test is whether I would stay here again and whether I would recommend it to others. I absolutely would.

Summary: Very clean! Nice decor. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. The drive to water is very short but please know you cannot see the water from the lower unit at all. The malahat skywalk is EXCELLENT

Summary: We had an amazing time visiting from the US for sight-seeing and adventuring with this property as our home base. Instructions for everything from parking, access, and expectations to lovely guides for resources nearby and recommendations for beaches, activities, and recreation were excellent. The location made it easy and convenient to get to all our destinations. It offered clean, comfortable accommodations, all of the expected amenities with some thoughtful touches, and was a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was easy and very responsive. We were a family of 3 and with the pull out couch we were cozy but comfortable at the end of our busy days. Thrilled to have found this property as it added to our memorable visit- we can’t wait to come back to the area!
