Summary: This was one of the most professionally run short-term rentals I've ever stayed in. The communication was friendly, clear, and helpful. In the four nights I was there, I barely heard a sound from the other apartments even though I know people were in them. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. There was a pitcher with filtered water in the fridge; olive oil, salt, and pepper; and a keurig-type coffee machine with coffee capsules and liquid creamer available. It was super convenient to have a pin instead of a key for locking/unlocking the apartment. The location is centrally located for tons of restaurants. While their team sent an email reminding me to put the parking pass in my car before I left, I still forgot. Fortunately, I didn't get far before I remembered. I was able to get it back to the apartment and someone from housekeeping was still there. The company was understanding about my mistake and didn't add any charges. I only include this to encourage others to make an extra effort not to drive off with it like I did!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay and actually extended our visit, which our excellent host Clint helped facilitate. The location is perfect, especially traveling with dogs - we had excellent neighborhood walks every day! The accommodations were comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. We made use of the InstaPot several nights when we preferred to stay in and make dinner ourselves. It was also convenient to do laundry in the unit, and have two doors for entry/exit. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!!

Summary: Forest Park is a great area! You're convenient to the grocery store, golf course, tennis courts, amazing restaurants/breweries. The unit was clean and quiet and well stocked with coffee. Our host was easy to contact and answered all my questions. The remote check-in was easy as well. Parking is easy as you can park on either side of the building. I would stay here again.
