Positive: Lovely apartment with a good view of the Lake Burleigh Griffin but let down by the service it provided.
Negative: The property was not properly cleaned for our stay. The small balcony looked like hadnโ€™t been cleaned for a while , was full of dust and piles bird poops. There was a pigeon lived in that balcony for a while , hence the birds poops. the most concerning part was that the aircon was in that balcony๏ผŒit sucks all the air from that very small space thatโ€™s full of dust and bird poop, which is very unhygienic . The big balcony floor was also dusty and looked like someone had bbq previously and the grease was left on the floor without cleaned . The wardrobes shelves had dust marks along the sides and corners, looked like rushed cleaning job that wasnโ€™t done properly . Contacted the property manager during our stay but nothing was addressed during our stay . For the price I was paying ($1741 for 4 nights) , Iโ€™d expect shampoo and conditioners to be provided as essentials , but it only had shampoo , no conditioner. The property manager responded that it is their standard service to provide shampoo without conditioner.
Summary: Loved the view and the location but was disappointing with the service.

Positive: Great location with fantastic views over the lake. Restaurants close by and had a fantastic dinner at Rakku. Enjoyed the walks especially in the evening and a lovely sunset.

Positive: The location was excellent with a beautiful view across the harbour and easy access to restaurants and Lake Burley Griffin walking path. The property was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed (and more!). It is directly above a vibrant restaurant strip (so convenient!) but we found that the double glazing ensured any noise from outside did not disturb us greatly. Highly recommend.

Positive: Stunning view and fabulous location. Very close to restaurants, coffee shops and services! Beautiful layout of apartment, in excellent condition! THE BEST king size bed with lake views and super comfy sofa to relax on. Literally perfect in every way!

Positive: The location was fabulous, a nice walk to the National Gallery and lots of lovely cafes, bars and restaurants a few steps away on the foreshore. Very comfy beds too.
