Summary: This property is perfect for a range of stays. My mother and her partner were very comfortable here for a week during Spring Break and I can also see this being a fun spot for a group. Very clean, quiet, had everything we needed. Close to all Austin hot spots but without the high traffic or noise of some other areas. We loved sitting by the fire in the hammock and lounging together on the couch. Ryan was a wonderful and communicative host and we will definitely be booking this place again!

Summary: The property was dirty. The air conditioning returns were filthy with dust. I stood on the downstairs bed to reach the ceiling fan in that room whose blades were black with dust. The floors, stairs, etc were not clean. This made me question how well the rest of the property was cleaned and created a real "Ick" factor. Also, the bed linens are in need of an upgrade.
