2 Bedroom Condo in Village Seven, Colorado Springs

Thank you for considering renting our new fully updated condo. Before booking please read the entire description. This is a minimum 30 day rental. Feel free to message us with questions.
The Condo: Our recently updated ground floor two bedroom and one bath condo is located in a complex in the Village Seven neighborhood. There is one assigned parking space and street parking. To access the condo you will need to walk down a few steps. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and bedroom 2 has a queen bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.The kitchen includes a full fridge, a stove, microwave, crock pot, and compact dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and tub. There is also a patio with a table and chairs but no grill. There is a coin operated washer and dryer in the complex. It is located in the basement of the building and requires a key.
Rental Agreement: This is a 30+ day rental only. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement agreeing to the HOA rules and provide their ID. This is typical of professional property management. We will need your email within 24 hours to complete the reservation.
Security Deposit: In addition to the rental agreement we require a refundable security deposit. We do allow 1 pet. Assuming there are no damages, the security deposit will be returned within 14 days of vacating the condo. Probably sooner! :-)
Things to Note: While the condo can sleep 4 people please keep in mind there is only one bathroom. :-) The condo is cooled by two portable AC units. There is not central air.
Parking: Please park in the assigned (not covered) spot or on the street. If you choose to use the assigned spot please use the parking pass. There is a fee if the pass is unreturned.
Location: Colorado Springs has no shortage of things to do! The condo is located on the east side with easy access to Academy Blvd and Powers Blvd. Shopping and restaurants are conveniently located nearby.

and Olympic Training Center
•20 minutes to Garden of the Gods, downtown, and Old Colorado City
•25 minutes to Glen Eyrie Castle, Air Force Academy, Manitou Springs ,
Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, and Fort Carson
• 30 minutes to entrance of Pikes Peak, The North Pole, Cave of the Winds, Green
Mountain Falls, and Schreiver Air Force Base,
• 40 minutes to Woodland Park
Guest/Host Interaction: You will received a door code a few days prior to your arrival for self-check-in. Please send us a message right away if something does not meet your expectations and we will do our best to fix it right away. Our goal is that you have a peaceful relaxing stay.

Summary: Great location! Very cute and clean condo! Comfy beds!! Great shower!! The hosts were prompt in communication, friendly and helpful.

Summary: The decor is beautiful and very trendy. The place smells like cat or dog, and it’s very musty. You could tell there was a pet in the condo because there was hair on the ground throughout. The A/C is terrible, inconsistent throughout the condo and very loud. You have to listen to the TV really loud to hear it. The remote also doesn’t work very well. The worst part is that the breaker switch went off three times including once over night so we woke up dripping in sweat. We tried to do laundry but had to turn off the AC and lights in order to use the machine. On the upside they did have regular condiments, nice towels, and a big master bed. I don’t usually write reviews but this place looks very cute but definitely disappoints.

Jenn & Brent were very responsive and seem to take pride in offering an affordable, clean & comfortable stay for families. Their attention to detail made our stay more comfortable & home-y. We would stay in one of their vacation locations if we return to CO Springs.

Summary: Stayed for 3 weeks, and it was a great place to stay. About 20-30mins from most of the major attractions in Colorado Springs. The neighborhood is lovely and has lots of winding trails and little parks throughout. I would highly recommend!
