Positive: The owner of the property was absolutely fabulous! He was excellent with communicating and made sure my husband and I were all set and comfortable for a smooth week in the condo! This place was absolutely perfect because it’s walkable to downtown or many cool bars and restaurants in the area. Also this condo was STOCKED with amenities. He had coffee, shampoo conditioner and body wash, moisturizer, laundry soap like the list goes on! I was mega impressed! It was awesome for us being so jet lagged (flight from Hong Kong) to just have coffee available in our condo when we woke up early.

Negative: The only downside is your staying on the 2nd floor on a busy intersection. It can be noisy and a bit bright with the shades.

Positive: Perfect size, clean, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable and amenities were nice. Location was ideal for our purpose of needing access to the marina for our races. Surrounding restaurants and attractions were perfect and easy to get to.

Negative: The gym shared a wall with the condo so frequent banging and clanging of weights were heard thru the walls. Parking was tricky and tight.

Positive: The property was very clean and in excellent condition. Very safe building and secured parking. Walking distance to many dining choices and activities ( such as Science World). Owner was prompt in responding to any questions and checked to make sure we had everything we needed.

Negative: It’s located at a busy intersection and just above a restaurant that plays loud music. Only hangers for unpacking. No drawers or shelves for clothes.

Summary: It’s a very nice facility and we would happily return.

Negative: Main entrance is on a busy road - and no ability to pull over or temporarily park. Perhaps getting a bit more detail on that with check in instructions would be useful. But nice to have free parking once we got access key.
