Enjoy this modern 6000 sq ft home on 300' of lakefront, private pool, huge yard and dock. Easily launch your boat from the nearby boat launch and tie it to the four posters on the dock (boat lift for owner use only). Dock usually goes in before Memorial Day in May and is taken out Mid October, but it is weather dependent and no exact date can be given. Pool is open from Memorial Day until end of September.
Great lake views from almost every room in the house. Stay warm by the fire pit while enjoying breathtaking evenings views of the lake.
Home boasts 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms as well as a large open living room area for entertaining, and a separate kitchen/dining room and kitchen island with separate wine and beer fridge.
Ground floor:
* bedroom 1 - King sized bed with twin daybed and trundle, and full bath with tub/shower next door.
2nd floor features 4 bedrooms:
* bedroom 2- Queen ensuite toilet and bath tub/shower,
* bedroom 3- Queen ensuite toilet and shower,
* bedroom 4- 2 sets of twin bunks with additional twin trundle bed and ensuite toilet and shower
* bedroom 5 - spacious second floor master with King size bed and daybed with trundle. Incredible lake views and ensuite bath with ensuite tub and shower.
3rd floor:
* bedroom 6 - 2 twin beds
The house is a 5 minute drive from quaint downtown Mayville with excellent restaurants and grocery store. Chautauqua Golf Club offers two separate courses: the Lake and the Hills course, and lies 10min away.
We're also 15 minutes away from bustling Beamus Point with a vibrant nightlife and entertainment for people of all ages.
The house is seasonally decorated for the main holidays; Thanksgiving and Christmas, and any special occasions upon request (baby shower, bridal shower, anniversaries, birthdays).

Summary: The location of this waterfront property at the north end of Chautauqua Lake is exceptional! The house is large, and although we were only a group of 6, it could accommodate many more. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets, charming campfires, a pontoon boat rental, winery tours, and a quaint lunch and dinner in the town of Mayville. The weather and fall colors could not have been more perfect!

Summary: spacious everyone had plenty of space inside outside plenty to do ping pong/pool table. kids swam in pool and fished off pier and rented boat. it was just perfect.

Summary: Our family has been vacationing at Chautauqua for many years. This is one of our favorite rental properties. Our group of 20, ranging from 2 years old up to 67, had plenty of space. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, the pool area is great when you want a break from the lake, the fire pit is big enough to accommodate a large group. There's a public launch very close by for kayaks. Our family stays on the lake but there are shops and restaurants close by.

Summary: Our family booked this stay nearly one year in advance and absolutely loved it. We needed a place large enough for the entire family so we could view the 2024 total solar eclipse together. The host was very responsive and helped answer all our questions leading up to the stay. A few days prior to the visit, the property manager, Jackie, contacted us to ensure we had everything we needed (e.g., firewood, blankets, etc.). The check-in process was easy, the rules/guidelines were very clear, and everything matched the listing description. It's a beautiful home in an excellent area. We were a short drive from Buffalo and Niagara Falls. There were also several nearby hiking opportunities. The children in our group loved playing basketball in the driveway so that was a pleasant surprise as well. There was a minor issue surrounding the cleanliness at check-in; however, the property owner, Linda, addressed our concerns immediately. They went above and beyond what we were expecting to get the issue resolved. Overall, it's an excellent home for a large group of people and I'd recommend this to others. Seeing the eclipse with my entire family was a once in a lifetime experience and I'm thankful that we found such a wonderful rental. Thank you Linda and Jackie for the great service!

Summary: The check-in process was super easy, and able to check in early which was really nice! The house is very spacious and never felt crowded with 16 people. Few concerns with the house but Jackie was quick to answer. The check out was SO easy. We had a great time with family and enjoyed our time together
