Summary: We all loved the property! VERY well-stocked. We really enjoyed using the hot tub and firepit! It was not noted in the property description that the third bedroom was downstairs in an unfinished basement. This was not a huge deal for us (though nobody really wanted to sleep down there, separated from the others) nut could have been a big deal with young children (scary, harder for parents to keep an eye on them). Also, it would be nice if there were table lamps for reading, rather than just overhead lighting. Jusst a suggestion.

Summary: This property had more than we could’ve asked for at a fantastic rate. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to a grocery store and short drive to downtown Brighton. The property’s multiple bedrooms with full private bathrooms was ideal for our couples trip. The house appeared to be completely remodeled recently. It was very well decorated and fully stocked. Evenings in the backyard hanging out in the hot tub and around the fire pit was the best part of our trip. The Owners were great to deal with and very responsive. This place will be our first choice next time we’re looking for a house in the Denver area. Book with confidence!

Summary: The house is beautiful has everything you need and more! Brighton Colorado is a very nice town. The owners of the home Morgan and Jeannine were very easy to communicate with and very nice. The house was easy to get to and we enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking or white waters rafting. We will diffently stay here again when we come bavk to Colorado. Thank you for everything highly recommend staying here.
