Welcome to our remodeled house! You will enjoy a peaceful and spacious 4B 2B home, with an open-concept living space, & fully equipped kitchen. The backyard is fully fenced & features a pool, outdoor dining and grill. This is perfect for families or large groups vacationing in Orlando, Florida.
Quiet neighborhood, you won't have a problem with outside noises. You are close to everything and have easy access, to theme parks like Universal and Disney 20-30 min, UCF 15 min and Downtown 15 min.
This is the perfect place for relaxing with family and friends. The property is newly renovated and decorated with a warm and modern vibe.
The outdoor area has a fully fenced backyard that features an outdoor pool with 2 separate patio areas, indoor seating for the family, and outdoor dining with a propane gas BBQ Grill, all within a spacious backyard for the entire family.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Due to allergies & cleaning standards, we don't allow pets.

Each bedroom provides a calm, tranquil space to relax, and each of them includes cozy amenities: Windows with blackout blinds, white linens, smart TVs so you can log into your favorite apps to stream on our high-speed internet, abstract artwork, and closet.

Our kitchen is equipped with a large french door refrigerator, an electric smart stove that connects to Samsung smart things app, a microwave, a dishwasher, a dual brew coffee maker that is Ground & K-Cup Pod Compatible, french press, sugar, stevia, and creamer are provided, grill utensils, and cocktail mixing tools. Additionally, cooking pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, cocktail glasses, shot glasses, silverware, blender, toaster, baking pans, and baking mixer are also available in the kitchen.

Summary: Everything about the house and property is very good for the price. The place was spotless and the host was very responsive. The house is just a little off the main roads which made it a little less appealing but the interior and pool compensated for the location.

Summary: This home was perfect for what we needed. The living room is very spacious with an open floor plan that leads to the kitchen and dining room area. The kids LOVED the backyard pool. Pool towels, shower towels and hand towels are available; however, you to have to bring your own face rags if you want them. Everything else we needed was there. The kitchen has very nice and modern appliances. We were only in town for a few days but everything we needed was within a few minutes drive. We will definitely look for this place again on our next trip.

Summary: I selected this because of location and it had a pool. Little did I know that the pool would need to be cleaned and no one used it because it was so cold. There was no way to secure the gate which was on the side of the house. Not so much for security but because that meant anyone could gain access to the pool and probably the house. I left detergent (there was none) and trash bags and cleaned the all the towels we used. I cleaned debris from the pool to include a doggy poop bag, a water bottle, and quite a few leaves that could not have allowed the water to be filtered. We did not see any instructions so I had to contact owner regarding remotes. I guess we’ve gotten used to having instructions printed for all to follow so it was a shocking change when I had to contact the owner for instructions on the remote. I cleaned the towels and swept the floors before we left.

Summary: The description is true to form for this house. We hosted a large family holiday dinner, and while the table only sat 8, there was plenty of extra seating on the patio and the kitchen island for our group of 15. The kitchen had every gadget and appliance you could need and the house overall was spotless. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and overall, it was a great experience.
