Positive: Fortunately, we were able to locate keys and access to room easily. Room was spotless, bright, modern and pleasant. Kitchen and bathroom were well designed and kitted out. Room was generally comfortable. Bed was very comfortable, House was quiet. Public areas were clean and well maintained. Whilst location isn't central, it's only a minute to a bus stop to get to city centre and about 10-12 min stroll to light rail or train station. Good area.
Negative: Nobody onsite at any stage to handle queries or issues, eg plug stuck in bathroom handbasin so we couldn't release water. Fortunately, there was a laundry sink in bathroom we could use instead. One of the cane chairs was very concave and about to break. We were afraid to sit on it. The lovely tv was very modern but we found it difficult to navigate. The wallclock needed a battery. Limited storage for clothes as we needed cupboard for food storage. It was difficult to report issues via phone as I got a noreply email. Extremely raucous birds in trees outside at night. Sometimes noise from planes landing at airport. Building external doors seemed to be left open 24 hours a day even though there's no one on site. When I booked this room, I didn't realise there was an additional cleaning fee of 140AUD which is excessive.

Negative: There was no aircon just 2 fans that didn’t quit do it having the patio door open helped but allowed bugs to come in

Negative: The address was really hard to find took us an hour and a half to find the property as it address given to me was wrong and the help line and message requests didn’t help at all. So created a high stress levels for a few hours on the day we came in.

Positive: The room is very cozy. The bed is the best I ever slept on
Negative: I've asked to send me instructions how to pick up the key and open the door several times by message on Booking, one time by e-mail and twice by phone. Luckily we got our instruction how to open the door after numerous attempts to reach them by phone call. The customer service of that renting company is quite irresponsible and unreliable.
