It 'located on the third floor of a modern complex, with a large and wonderful common park full of olive trees, two swimming pools (for adults and children), relaxation area, covered parking for residents and parking for guests.

Summary: This was our second stay in Lerici for holiday and it was once again lovely. We enjoyed the perfect appartment with only short distance to the beach and the Pool in the backyard. Everything was fine!

Summary: Everything was perfect from the check in to the check out. The appartement is clean, perfect for 5 people, well equipped (even if we missed a barbecue :)) and the location is great. The beach and the city center are within walking distance from the apartment. The pool was good, clean and well managed. Everything was perfect and we felt very safe in this Covid-19 situation. Giorgio was always available to answer any question we had and Silvia even prepared a booklet listing everything we should visit in the area. Thank you for having us ! Lyna

Summary: The apartment was very well furnished and was in reality even better than on the website. There are two spacious terraces, one with a sea view and the other one with a pool view. The owner is friendly and helpful. It’s a ten minute walk down hill to San Terenzo and twenty five minutes to Lerici. The beaches in both villages are very crowded and it is very expensive to rent beds and an umbrella. We have had a very good stay!

Summary: Lovely apartment which was great for our family of 5. One main bedroom and 2nd bedroom off the hallway but does not have own door. Kitchen is well equiped (as is the whole apartment) and everything was very clean. There are 2 great terraces with sun beds, table and chairs, hammock and table football, all of which kept the family entertained. The pool is large and was very quiet most of the time, and is set in large gardens which is perfect for relaxing in the sun. The apartment block is in a private area. Village of San Terenzo is only 5-10 mins walk and has supermarket, restaurants etc and both a public and private beach. Lerici is bigger and is a 5 mins bus ride (or 25 mins walk) from San Terenzo. We visited Pisa which is about 45 mins away in car and Cinque Terre which you can get to by a ferry from Lerici or train from La Spezia which is a 15 drive. It is therefore perfectly placed to see the surrounding area. We had a car, but you can get to most of the local towns and attractions on the local bus service. The owners are very easy to communicate with and very helpful. In summary, a nice apartment in a great location, with a great pool. Our whole family (3 kids from 12 - 7) enjoyed a relaxing stay.

Summary: We have had a fantastic holiday in Franco and Silvia's holiday home. The two terraces are great, one with shade for eating with a view of the sea and another sun terrace with loungers overlooking the pool. The apartment is serviced well with an underground garage for your car with a lift. The whole place is very secure. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. A 10 minute walk down a small path takes you to the centre of San Terenzo which has lots of restaurants and bars. Another 20 minute walk takes you to Lerici which is beautiful too. It is easy to get to Cinque Terre by boat or train. We also ventured to Tuscany. We did not want to leave this beautiful place. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Summary: We spent a week in August in this very tasteful, airy, very well equipped and altogether delightful apartment. We really enjoyed and appreciated the uncomplicated, open and friendly manner in which Franco, the owner, answered all of our questions and organised the handing over of the keys. After he had shown us around the apartment, Franco also gave us loads of good tips about sightseeing highlights, shops, buslines, just anything we wanted to know. We loved the spacious terraces with stunning views of the sea and/or the garden. Even when temperatures outside were soaring, the apartment, with its high ceilings and wooden floors, stayed cool enough to always allow us to sleep without using the fan. We especially loved having all of our meals outside on the terrace, watching the sailing boats and the occasional submarine pass by. Franco and his family made their holiday apartment into a real home away from home. It is decorated very tastefully and the kitchen is fully equipped. The building sits in a very well kept and spacious garden, where the tenants can play ball, use the pool or just sit in the shade of an olive tree. The charming village of San Torenzo is easily reached on foot in under 10 minutes. The beaches there are fantastic and there are restaurants and little shops that cater to most tastes. From San Terenzo you can reach Lérici on foot in about 30 minutes, or take the bus which leaves very regularly. Touristic highlights cinque terre and Portovénere can be easily reached in under an hour (or take a boat tour from Lérici!). We enjoyed our holidays in this fantastic apartment very much and would recommend anyone to spend their holidays there.
