The floor heating and ceiling cooling are controlled via a thermostat on the wall and this guarantees that the internal temperature will be ideal in all conditions.
Guests have access to a community roof on the top floor with a beautiful view of Bratislava and the Danube. Directly from the apartment is the entrance to a spacious private balcony for spending time in the fresh air. In addition, an underground parking space for one vehicle with an elevator directly to the apartment floor is available to guests. Communication with me is flexible, I am active all day and everywhere, either directly in the application or on the phone number provided.
