Summary: This is a beautiful, Clean and well equipped apartment with a spectacular view. My only disappointment is that the 2nd bedroom was too small and it’s not self contained. The bathroom is outside and opposite the bedroom which has a shower stall and does not have proper drainage. The water lodges and gets slippery and dangerous I also recommend that install a full length mirror.

Summary: On quite side of building with nice view. Traffic always busy in this area but this unit is an oasis. Only 1 channel in English. CNN. Arrgh. Very nice size Master wing. Very firm bed. French doors open but no balcony. No TV in 2nd BR. Great parking and very safe.

Summary: Building is safe and well maintained. Beautiful pool and courtyard area. The apartment is spacious for 2 people, but crowded if more. Kitchen is minimally equipped for cooking. Living area is small. Could be cleaner.

Summary: We stayed at this place and had an absolute amazing time. The apartment is clean and had everything you would need. Gym, pool etc. The security made you feel secure in your stay and check in process was easy. The owner of the apartment stayed connected and helpful the whole way through. We will be returning in a few months into Costa Rica and hope to be booking the same apartment when we come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Summary: We enjoyed another stay at the King Apartment. We love the luxurious building and it’s location in San Rafael de Escazu. The apartment is upscale, clean, well equipped, safe and has a nice open view. Walking distance to Multiplaza mall and upscale shopping at Avenida Escazu. Grocery stores and delicious restaurants are walking distance and close by. One of our favorite restaurants is Avatar Indian and love Mocapan cafe. Also check out the interesting shops up in Plaza Maynard. Also discovered and loved La Toscana Bakery for the most delicious Foccacia, Ciabatta and Italian bread (all within walking distance). We look forward to our next stay. Thank you!
