Summary: This is a great little apartment in the middle of old town Regensburg. It’s located on the 4th floor but the building has a convenient lift. It’s a 10 minute walk from the train station. The apartment is suitable for a single or couple. Very clean and up to date. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

Summary: Nice, but small. Expectd washer and dryer in apartment, since it was listed. Found out there was a pay washer in basement. Could not figure out how to use it since i don't speak German. Door was very hard to open.

Summary: My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 2 nights in June. The apartment is exactly as described, small, but it is perfectly designed to make the most of the limited space. The apartment was clean and bright with modern furniture and fixtures (the bathroom had a tub). We had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the convenience of the elevator, the Rewe grocery store (in the same building) and the Dachauplatz parking garage (a few minutes walk from the apartment, part of which is through a nice covered market area). It was very hot during our stay but the fan kept us cool. The location couldn't be better - in the old town within easy walking distance of all the main sights. Our booking inquiry and subsequent questions were promptly answered and Sonja met us at the building entrance within seconds of the agreed time.

Summary: My husband and I spent three nights in this apartment and had a great experience. It's in a central location in the Altstadt so we could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. It's cute and clean and comfortable. It is small, but that was fine for us. It had everything we needed, including coffee, wifi, TV and a nice bathroom. Christian was friendly, reliable and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment for a visit to Regensburg.

Summary: The apartment was very clean and modern with nice furnishings and everything you need. It is small, but the space is used well and for a short stay it's fine. The location is perfect, in the heart of the old town and walking distance to the main train station as well as restaurants, shops and sightseeing. Times for checking in and out were flexible, which was appreciated. The only suggestion I could make is new pillows, as they were flat and uncomfortable. But overall everything was great and I would highly recommend this apartment to any visitors to Regensburg.

Summary: Apartment for two people in historic centre of beautiful Regensburg. You are few steps from the Dom and it is quite easy to discover the city center from this location. Christian was fast in email conversation and he was open to our special needs before we have arrived. Same accomodating aproach he had also in personal contact. Apartment itself is small but well equiped and fully satisfied our needs. if you are two people or less and you want to be more in the city than in the apartment I can highly recommend Christian and the apartment itself.
