Positive: This is an amazingly comfortable property in a prime location. It is situated very close to the beach but also very close to the main town so getting about was very easy. There is plenty of space including balcony space and both the property and the grounds are very well cared for.

Negative: The property comes with a below ground parking space which is secure. We had a large car (Rav 4) and the car just fitted the space as the space is not large. We ended up parking the car on the road but there is free on road parking outside of the accommodation so this was not an issue for us.

Positive: The apartment was in a great spot, we had a small view of the ocean and could walk everywhere. The apartment was styled beautifully and was immaculate and had lovely personal touches. We had everything we needed for the 3 different generations. Thanks for the extra add-ons such as the porta-cot,sheets and blankets and the highchair. I was given a great rundown of what the unit provided and had a good conversation with both Denise and her friend. Thanks Denise for popping in while we were waiting for the key. It was unfortunate you had to come away from Oropi, however we appreciate that you wanted to apologize. Thanks for the $50, this was spent on coffees over the 4 days we were there.

Negative: It would be good to have some more tea towels and kitchen hand towels. We needed to have some more toilet paper in the unit, this wasn't a problem as we bought some more.

Positive: The apartment was very nice with all the amenities you need and the location was absolutely great, as was the secure parking. Access instructions were excellent and the process was very simple. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded to messages promptly.

Negative: There was loud music coming from a property nearby quite late into the night on our second night, but that was not something the host could control and it didn’t happen again.

Summary: Very nice apartment with great secure parking in an excellent location close to beach and mount.

Positive: Location and space were stand out features. Well equiped kitchen. Nice outlook. 2 car parks in secured car park is a bonus, however they don’t suit larger vehicles like larger 4WDs. Lot of extras like Bluetooth speaker and radio. Charging dock radio in master. Lovely med firm bed in master.

Negative: Toilet was continually running after every flush. Both ventilation fans not working in bathrooms (a problem when using the dryer in main bathroom. A/c doesn’t reach bedrooms, being mid winter it was a relief to find some small heaters in the back wardrobe. I would imagine it could get very warm at night in mid summer. Dish washer was clogged up, had to spend some time unblocking the spray arm. As a result a lot of the cutlery from past guest was dirty.

Summary: Awsome location with great amenity’s but needs some minor attention to make it 100%
