Positive: The facility was located in a great location.
Negative: The back yard was overgrown. If you had a dog, they couldn’t use it as the grass and bushes were too tall and had not been mowed for at least several months if not longer. Also, if you wanted to cook at the house, there were no measuring cups, no bowls and very few pot and pans. The master bedroom had many stains on the carpet. It was really quite disgusting as it really needed extensive cleaning. Really needed to be replaced. I would not spend my hard earned money on this place ever again.
Summary: Had a great stay, did not enjoy the accommodations.

Positive: I like that the yard was fenced, pet friendly, had laundry amenities, good wifi, plenty of towels, and it was fairly cozy.
Negative: The grass was really long, which made for lots of bug bites. We had to use the yard because of our pets. Also, the garbage can at the street was full upon arrival, so it attracted a lot of flies (we stayed multiple nights). I also don’t think the house was professionally cleaned; if so, they need a new cleaner. Also, the tub didn’t drain well, so it was a little gross showering in standing water.
Summary: Cozy home but needs a little maintenance

Positive: It was nice. The beds were comfortable. Glad to see extra throws for added warmth. Nice garage and outside grilling space out back.
Negative: no coffee, but plenty of tea. They told us we could park in the driveway when there was an empty garage.

Positive: Very nice and clean no stairs or long hallways. Nice soft comfortable bed. Nice neighbors easy access to get around Springfield. It was close to a family member's house..
Negative: That there was no hot breakfast waiting for me to come down to😅 had to fixed it myself.
