Summary: Great location close to Colgate University in a beautiful setting. The back deck and yard with hammock are perfect for outdoor living and relaxing. We were very comfortable and especially appreciated the big kitchen with everything we needed. The hosts were communicative and very easy to work with. Thanks for a great weekend!

Summary: We were down in the area to watch our son play hockey over the New Year's weekend. The house was a perfect oasis/retreat for our weekend! It had everything we could have needed. One guest called it the melatonin house because of how well she slept!

Summary: A few friends were in town to celebrate and we just wanted to relax comfortably, eat some yummy food, and chat away. This was the perfect house for that. The porch with the fire table and hot tub were a happy oasis and the spacious kitchen allowed us all to chat as we nibbled on charcuterie and baked some coffee cake. Everyone got their own bed, which was great and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Being on the golf course was what we expected it to be, and if we wanted to play, it would've been nice to be so close! The Rockwells were kind and accommodating. We enjoyed staying in their home.

Summary: My friends and I stayed at this lovely home while we attended our 25th reunion at Colgate University. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the back porch with a fire pit and hot tub provided a perfect setting for us to relax. Everything about check in went smoothly.
