Positive: Loved the set up, felt clean enough that somone like me who hates hotel rooms was comfortable enough to sleep in the bed without pulling my personal sheets out. I'm a smoker so tho I couldn't smoke inside, the outside area was fine and there were no issues with my smoking outside in the front. Felt safe with the 2nd lock being on the door and neighbors were a respectful volume.
Negative: There was a microwave in the pictures but not one on site, door was very difficult to use, hard to lock behind me, unlock and difficult to close (potential safety issue). The wifi was not strong enough to connect my Playstation so I had to play offline, and there was a small stain on one of the blankets. Drain in tub did not look clean enough that I was comfortable showering, but shower head was very clean. The place could use dusting in high places, top of headboard on bed, top to fridge and cabinets were dusty inside.

Positive: It wasn’t far from our scheduled conventions and the parking, while not on-site, was adequate. There were also good restaurants within walking distance. We made use of the washer/dryer in the bedroom as well.
Negative: There was only one key for our group to share, which was a little inconvenient, but nothing serious. What was upsetting was, unfortunately, when we arrived, the room hadn’t been cleaned from the previous tenants’ stay. Garbage, hair, leftover food, and dirty everything. The property renter did send someone to clean, but the room wasn’t fully ready until after 7pm, when we’d first arrived at 4pm on schedule. It did throw quite a wrench in our plans for the evening. All that was offered in return was an apology.
Summary: Decent room at an alright price (if it were cleaned ahead of time).
