You are welcome to bring your dog if you agree to the following.
* I agree that my dog is up to date on all vaccinations and that he/she is on a flea/tick preventive.
* I agree to provide my own dog bed and supplies.
* I agree to pay for additional cleaning, repair or replacement of any items damaged by my dog.
The fear and separation anxiety experienced by many dogs left unattended can result in barking/howling and destruction of flooring and door frames. Please know your dog and do not leave him/her alone in the house, uncrated, if this is a possibility.
*I agree to always pick up after my dog.
*I agree to keep my dog on a leash always held by me or a responsible individual when outside or in the common area—and I will remove the leash from my dog only while he/she is within the confines of the house. I also agree to keep my dog close to me when other people/dogs are around.
*I understand this is a quiet condominium and I agree to prevent my dog from barking excessively or causing any other disturbance while staying at the property.
Pet Restriction- Unfortunately, our insurance company will not allow us to host the following breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, wolf hybrid of any dog that is a mix that includes one or more of the breeds listed.

Summary: We were visiting our son and this location was perfect. In the past, we drove to Apex to stay at the Marriott. We will stay here the next time we are in Fuquay. Super cute.

Summary: This unit was fully furnished and equipped. The owner took time to label everything from light switches to cabinet contents which eliminated much guessing. The unit was very clean and the location was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home.

Summary: This place looked brand new! It was very clean and upscale. Easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops. I don't really visit that area often, but if I do again, I would 100% stay here again. I didn't really use the kitchen, but it was very large. All the spaces were very large, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. Also, amenities like shampoo and body wash were included, plenty of new towels. And plenty of onsite parking. Thank you!!

Summary: I have stayed at dozens of VRBO properties, and this was probably the best or second best property that I have stayed at. The unit was immaculately clean, had everything we needed, and the property manager was very communicative. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Summary: Wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again. Loved the amount of morning sunlight coming in and had it been a little warmer outside, would have loved to take advantage of the balcony dining. The location was charming, being within walking distance to the little park nearby as well as the quaint coffee shops.
