Summary: On a scale of 1-10 we rate this lovely Perigean Villa a 10++++++. A winding lane leads you to this fabulous home with a hillside setting & spectacular panoramas of Perugia and surrounding countryside! When you step inside you will love all of the natural light, wide open floor plan & volume ceilings of this home. Our favorite spot was the window seat in front of the picture window. The kitchen was expertly stocked and also allows you to be connected with your fellow travelers while still enjoying the amazing views. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and all were “white glove” clean and featured modern fixtures and great tile-work. The property manager, Lara, greeted us and showed us around and was always quick to respond when needed, she offered suggestions & referrals in the area. While the weather did not cooperate for us, you will be sure to enjoy the terrace, the gardens and swimming pool. This home exceeded our expectations and i would encourage you to book asap as I expect the word will get out and calendar will be booked! - MN

Summary: This property was everything we had hoped for for this part of our holiday: quiet, but not too far from civilization, plenty of space, well-appointed furnishings and kitchen, and a great view with lovely indoor and outdoor space. Ericka was very communicative and her on-site agent, Lara, was really helpful, informative, and available to answer questions. Would definitively stay here again. Perfect for a group of 4-6, but can accommodate 8.

Summary: The house is simply fantastic. it is in a great position, only a few minutes drive from everything in Perugia. It has a beautiful view. The view was probably too good. We found that it was nicer to come back home and have dinner and drinks on the terrace than going out. It helped that the house has a well equipped kitchen too. The air conditioning was a bonus as we were there during a heat wave, but the terrace did catch a cool breeze in the evening which made the terrace an enjoyable place to spend the evening. Did I mention the fantastic pool? What a relief after a day of sightseeing! Erika was very friendly and replied promptly to all our queries. She was very easy going and made the booking process very comfortable. Lara was simply wonderful! She met us at the house explained things clearly and in great detail. She was a great help and responded to all our questions and queries very quickly and had lots of local information. I recommend the house very highly.
