Summary: Every summer I take my high school volleyball team on an overnight trip. This year brought us to jefferson City. We played at the LINC the house was in a great location. We had a great experience. The girls had so much room for all of them to skeep and hangout. The pool was a big hit! If our travels ever bring us back to jeff city, we will definitley be back to stay

Summary: The property itself was pretty cool. It’s massive with a ton of areas to hang out. The pool was great to have on a hot Missouri weekend. Unfortunately it really didn’t live up to expectations beyond that. You expect a place that can host 14 people to have more than 5 mugs, forks, etc. we were drinking coffee out of wine glasses and passing a salad around to take turns with the forks. The listing says there’s a coffee machine and coffee, but there was only a Keurig with no pods. There are SO MANY empty cabinets and drawers to go through before you come to the realization that you’re going to have to share a plate. The place wasn’t very clean - the old used towels from the previous guests were still in the room hampers and we had to do laundry ourselves to have enough towels. Everything was just kind of unclean - stains on the carpet, dead plants and ants in the living room, residue on the sides of the cabinets kind of thing - nothing terrible, but not what you expect when you’re paying this much. The host was really hard to communicate with as well, at least at first. It took about a month to get an extra day approved, and the host asked me to add an extra day by emailing the money which was super sketchy. Eventually got it done but it was a huge pain. All in all, the space was cool and pretty unique, but it needs a deep clean and for someone to stock it with supplies. You expect better when you’re spending so much a night.

Summary: Property was large and good for a large group of people.. A/C was miserable. Owner had set temperature and an uncomfortable level and most of the folks were sweating at night. Place had a strange smell (Mildew) and was humid (Probably due to the pool). It worked for our group, but wont be staying there again... I believe the property owner is getting ready to sell the property anyhow based on some research I did.

Summary: The place is old and full of amazon furniture. The pool area was dirty. The key cods for entry was not provided in time. There waa luckily somone cleaning when we arrived. The nieghorhood was queit. And we over all had a good stay. But after i recieved a property damage claim for a missing blanket. I assume its onsite still as we road there and back on sports bikes. Would have been impossiable to take anything like that with us. I have reached out to the management company about this and am waiting to hear back.

Summary: The property is an older home that has been updated very nicely. Everything that is provided is first rate, but some obvious things we were expecting were not provided. Communication with the host was slow in coming, and no comments made on our post visit communication. We had a great visit, and it is a great property, but it could be better with a little more attention from the host.
