Summary: Our weekend at the Warwick property was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease, thanks to our incredible host, Garrett, who provided clear and thoughtful instructions for everything. The home itself was immaculate—clean, inviting, and designed for both comfort and togetherness.Every corner of the house offered a cozy and stylish retreat, whether we were gathered in the spacious living areas, enjoying meals around the dining table, playing games in the game-rooms, or unwinding in one of the four comfy bedrooms. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking a joy, with every dish, pot, spice, and utensil we could possibly need. The outdoor grill was perfect for creating fun meals while soaking in the fresh air.The true highlights of our stay were the incredible relaxation amenities. My husband and son couldn’t get enough of the hot tub, while my daughter-in-law absolutely adored the luxurious soaking tub. It was the perfect setting for unwinding and creating cherished memories together.But perhaps the most special part of this trip was the time we spent with our son, daughter-in-law, and our sweet 8-month-old granddaughter. The Warwick home provided the perfect backdrop for laughter, relaxation, and meaningful moments that we will treasure forever.Thank you, Garrett, for being such a fantastic host and for creating a space that made our family weekend absolutely unforgettable. Summary: This house was overall very nice and clean. But the house was broken into before our stay. The basement window was bashed in and sliders left open. There is no lock to the basement door so the house was left very unsecure from the outside and our family felt very unsafe.

Summary: The stay was good, the host was great and very responsive and helpful, no complaints at all there, they even allowed us a late check out. The house is sparsely furnished, and there is nowhere in the house that all 8 of the people it says it holds can exist at one time, the dining table only fits 6 people, the living room could seat maybe 5. The kitchen is mildly equipped. We would stay again, and recommend the house, but knowing we would need to bring additional things with us.

Summary: This is a large home with beautiful views. Garrett was extremely responsive and communication was easy. The kitchen is well equipped and rooms are spacious. We were 6 adults and an infant. There were plenty of bedrooms but could have used additional dining room chairs and living room seating for our sized group. The house was super clean and conveniently located to town and to ski area. Great house for a group.

Summary: This was my first VRBO experience and it was lovely. The house was clean & spacious. Perfect for our needs. Was so happy to be able to stay with our extended family AND bring our pup. My sister in law had a little trouble figuring out the entry system, but the hosts were available to help and solved the issue quickly.

Summary: We stayed at the Modern Countryside Haven because of its proximity to Lego Land, which our kids had been begging to go to. The house did not disappoint. It was ready upon our arrival with plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood was peaceful and was a great place to walk our dogs each morning. Deer, turkeys, and groundhogs visited the front yard throughout the day. We had not planned on doing much cooking at the house, although the house did have the basic pots, pans, etc. The kitchen supplies were very minimal, so if we had planned on doing a big meal, we would have had to bring some things, but that was not our intention so it worked out for us. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we would stay again for sure.
