Summary: Property owners do a nice job communicating and place is amazing! Loved the entire stay and have no complaints! Owners were available for any questions and I highly recommend their properties if they treat them as this one was done! Great times we had and wonderful memories accomplished! PS the deer was a bonus!

Summary: House was perfect for our immediate family of 11. The refrigerator was not working when we checked in, the owner brought us ice chest and eyes right away and then went and bought another refrigerator so we would not go without. Pool was nice. Loved the oversized kitchen,living and sitting area.

Summary: Although my wife and I live in the northwest part of San Antonio, we needed a large gathering place for family coming into town. During the day we had about 12 people hanging out eating and relaxing. We didn't go out to a restaurant one time in 4 days, but instead brought food to the house where there was everyone could eat and play at their leisure. The inside of the house has been refurbished, so it has a number of places to sit and visit, and plenty of room to spread out. Some people went outside to hang out by the pool, while others stayed cool indoors. The host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with me to make sure. Good access to Boerne and the Rim shopping area in San Antonio. Great experience overall.

Summary: Super easy check in. Roman was amazing. Gave us all details before arriving and everything was exactly like stated in the ad for booking. The house was actually more then we expected!!! If I could give it more then 5 stars I definitely would!!! The house is absolutely amazing for a small family or a very large family!!! The pool was much much bigger then I expected and kept my 3 kids age 13,10,and 6 very entertained!!! The house was pretty much fully stocked all we really had to have was the groceries we were going to eat! If we had a question or needed anything Roman was very quick to respond and bring it right over!!! He cleaned the pool daily which was amazing because I mean who wants to do that when they are on vacation!! The house was close enough to all attractions but far enough to where it was so peaceful!! The beautiful scenery was a bonus. We had deer come every single night to our yard and we loved to watch them. Then finally we got to meet the tame doe who would eat right out of your hand!! It was definitely a nice little bonus!! Highly recommend this place and we will definitely use it again in the future!!!

Summary: The house was in a great location and in a very peaceful area. The home interior was extremely spacious and welcoming. Everything needed was provided and easy to find. A WiFi extender (if the host may provide or not) may be suggested for those seeking a strong signal in the other bedrooms further from the main living area and master bedroom. The host kept the pool and hot tub well-maintained. To note, for logistics of future family or groups deciding to stay, one bathroom is part of the master bedroom and the other bathroom is practically shared by four bedrooms although they're not adjoining. Expect to see deer (and the occasional fox) near the area and maybe even close to the home. So be wary of yet kind to the peaceful wildlife. The home comes highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Our family stayed here for spring break. Great place. Roman was very attentive and responsive. Clean heated pool and hot tub. Easy drive to Alamo, SeaWorld and Six Flags. Rooms nice. We will come back for sure.

Summary: Roman was a wonderful, responsive, and welcoming host. We had folks from 35-90 staying with us for a wedding nearby. (We were all from out of state). The backyard is the biggest asset of the property. The pool, trees, and hot tub were lovely. For seven guests, we never felt crowded or on top of each other at all. Highly recommend.
