Perfect for large groups/multiple families with 4 bedroom/3.5 bathrooms where you can kick back, relax, and enjoy quality time with your family and friends. Open concept media area with Netflix & Disney+ and Sonos Surround System for our guests to enjoy!
Pacific Serenity Villa is perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything: 20 mins to SeaTac Airport, 15 mins to Southcenter Mall and restaurants, 30 mins to Seattle, Bellevue, and major cities.
The space
No expense was spared on this beautiful home designed and furnished by Restoration Hardware and Boconcept and it is truly one of a kind in the area. The home has an incredible open concept layout, outdoor deck with hot tub and fireplace, large, stocked kitchen, and three living spaces that are great to enjoy time with your group. If you need to work while on your getaway, we have you covered. The WiFi is incredibly fast, and there is a large office space for you to work. Finally, a gym space equipped with weights, Peloton bike, and yoga mats give you a safe and private place to stay fit while on holiday!
Walk outside through the glass doors and you are ready to step right into the private hot tub. The deck has a seating area with a fireplace featuring garden views. Open a bottle of wine and toast your good luck at booking the perfect vacation home.

· Bedroom #3 King bed with closet.
· Bedroom #4 Queen bed, Full-size bunk on top. Full bathroom with tub/shower.
· A loft area with couch, smart TV with Netflix and Disney Plus, and board games.
· Washer and dryer
· Queen air mattress available on request for more than 10 guests
Guests have full access to the house and yard.
For coffee drinkers, we have a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods. For tea drinkers, we have plenty of tea available.
We install a Nest security camera in the front driveway to make sure guests check in smoothly.
Parking Notes: There is parking for two vehicles in the driveway.

We are in a purely residential area and our neighbors are sensitive to noise. They will complain and the police will come directly. If our guests violate the rule and our neighbors complain, the reservation will be canceled immediately and the security deposit will be forfeited.

Summary: We had a 5 star experience with our stay. We even needed to make an audible and add an additional night, and the host was so very responsive and helpful. The house itself has great spaces… rooms away from the common areas, and plenty of comforts. The outdoor living space was perfect for the crisp evenings, a quick hot tub session, and a cold diet coke! We were there because we were competing in a triathlon, and the location is easy to access main roads, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. I’d recommend if you’re looking for an extended stay or long weekend. You’re not too far from hiking, biking, lakes, etc. Thank you for the accommodation!

Summary: We had an amazing time in Seattle! Even though we had a short stay, we felt we visited many of the highlights. The home provided a beautiful oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Everything we could need was in the home. It was beautifully decorated. The large windows allowed for light to enter throughout the home. It was cozy and inviting everywhere you turned. The kitchen as well stocked with supplies. We were able to make several of our meals at home, saving us money on eating out. We loved our stay at this location! Everything was perfect!

Summary: The house was clean, beautiful, and just what we needed. The location was close to Mount St. Helens, Mount Rainier, and Seattle. It was a big and spacious house. Enjoyed that it was cozy and get still modern. Our kids loved the comfortable couches and large island. Beds were very comfortable and loved how clean everything was. The owner was very easy to get a hold of, and super helpful with everything. I would recommend this home and stay again.

Summary: Wow, this property was fantastic! Beautiful home with all the amenities. This was a last minute booking for us after our accommodations elsewhere fell through due to Covid. The owner, Agnessa, was so kind and accommodating to our large family group. Lots of indoor and outdoor living spaces, a movie room, and a big beautiful kitchen . Our family could not have been happier with this place. We took a walk in the neighborhood and even found a playground for the kids just a few blocks away. Wish we could have stayed longer!
