Summary: The property exceeded expectations, beautiful and well appointed with everything you could need. Photos on the website need updating to reflect the gorgeous new garden seating area. The location was brilliant, Par beach is 15min walk away and the delightful Fowey and Charleston Harbour 15min drives. Plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs easily reachable but beware the steep hill back to the property if you have had a few. The hosts could not be more accommodating, easily contactable and happy to help and/or recommend restaurants places to visit. A thoughtful and unexpected welcome pack was eaten/drunk with thanks - although I still prefer my scones the Devon way!

Summary: My recommendations would be to plan your trip and make dinner reservations as places get booked up . My kids enjoyed cycling the camel trail along the coastline. I would recommend this property, ideal for families and couples .

Summary: We had a lovely stay in Par. The house is amazing, better than in the pictures and now has a new summerhouse which the kids loved hanging out in. Really clean, spacious and a great base to explore Cornwall for us and 3 children. Andy and Tracey are great hosts and communication was excellent and they provided loads of helpful advice on the area. Lovely hamper on arrival was a nice touch and Street is really peaceful to get some much needed rest.
