Summary: Everything about our stay was top shelf. The openness of the floor plan and the floor to ceiling windows creates such a great space plus the fireplace adds warmth and ambience. Ideal location - such an easy walk to the mall for morning coffees and restaurants for dinners. Clean and safe too. Thanks for everything!

Summary: We dubbed this the cool condo based on the photos and it was a lovely space with gorgeous views of downtown and mountains. A few considerations/minor complaints: second bedroom/bath is a bit tight for two people; laundry doors broken and light blinked on and off throughout the night; no toilet paper, no shower soap, no coffee; balcony cushions soiled (mildew and bird droppings) and damp.

Summary: This condo is beautifully decorated and has gorgeous views. The deck is amazing and nice for hanging out on a sunny day! It is one block off the mall so convenient to restaurants and only a mile from the UVA campus. We loved it and would rent again!

Summary: If you want to stay in the best of the best near the downtown mall, this is your rental. Extremely convenient, beautifully furnished and very quiet. Better than expected!

Summary: This is a beautiful condo just a short walk to the downtown open air mall. Floor to ceiling windows that show off the gorgeous Charlottesville town and countryside. You can’t go wrong staying g at this spot for your Charlottesville visit.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this stunning condo in downtown Charlottesville. Gail was a great host, extremely accommodating and very responsive. We will be back!! The condo is a prime location to downtown mall, the great restaurants, cafes and shops. Close to all the wineries and breweries around Charlottesville! Highly recommend!

Summary: The title really really says it all with this one. The condo was spotless, well appointed and very comfortable for a long weekend getaway. It’s just a few short steps from the downtown mall area which is filled with eclectic shops, restaurants and music venues. Our host Gail was extremely accommodating and even surprised us with groceries. This will be our go to spot in Charlottesville from now on.
