Positive: Location was close where we needed to be That dogs could come Two bathrooms Supermarket close buy It suited our needs
Negative: Smell,…I almost wanted to book something else I smelled like a smoker house Covered up with chemical smelling insect sticks Felt all was a bit tired and old But it was the smell that got me sick unfortunate Only one couch no seething lounging for 4 persons (we where 3 but it felt limited)

Positive: We loved the comfortable feel of the unit and how clean it was and little personal touches like reading books. The location was very central to everywhere and security and parking were great. Loved also Woolies Metro was below

Positive: Location was brilliant. Access to shops etc. was very convenient as was parking.
Negative: Air conditioning was hard to get right - either very stuffy without it or very cold with it and not consistent in all the rooms.

Positive: Great property. Well furnished and equipped. Very comfortable. Very beautiful. Excellent location.
Negative: Host was rude and unhelpful. They message to say they hope you have a 5 star stay and don’t hesitate to contact us if you need anything. But then when I did contact them with a reasonable request (I wanted an additional key and fob as my husband and I were not always together and having had a stroke in past he found managing the fiddly key box difficult, plus we were staying for a month so not a short stay). I was told it is not possible because each apartment is only allowed one fob. When I questioned this for an apartment that can accommodate 4 people I was told that I am being unnecessarily negative. The host also told me on the telephone when I first made the request that a previous client had lost the additional fob and key but then denied this later. I asked many other residents about this and they all told me that it is not a one key/ fob rule in the building. I think the behavior was passive aggressive - ie invite requests but then flatly refuse and gaslight, but again say if we can be of help contact us. What is this! It was a simple request and could have been easily accommodated.

Positive: Location is great if you have a car but a bit of a walk for the tram so may not suit everyone. Very secure building , fantastic cafes nearby and Woolies Metro is a bonus. Lovely apartment and everything looks brand new. Great balcony and quiet location.
Negative: The couch is small and not suitable if you were to have more than 2 adults watching TV. It’s a small living room for 4 adults to spend any time in.
