5 Bedroom House in Warrnambool

A modern, open plan 4BR home bathed in natural light. The main living area opens onto a large undercover deck and enclosed rear yard. A fully functional kitchen, dual living areas, under-tile heating and more. Positioned in a quiet, raised court providing sweeping views the house is minutes away from the centre of town whilst be tucked away in peace and privacy.
Architecturally designed and built locally, our home is a split level home with 4BR on the lower level (master with ensuite) with a second full bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs has a vast open plan kitchen, dining and living area opening onto an expansive north facing undercover deck and enclosed back yard. A separate living area is also on the upper level allow parents some privacy and space. The property has ducted heating and air-conditioning plus under-tile heating in all bathrooms.
You will have full access to the entire house and private rear yard. The home will not be double booked. You will also have use of the double car garage. Linen will be provided in accordance with the requirements specified at booking. If additional beds are used a fee will be incurred.
The home will be presented clean and fresh - it was our family home that we both designed and built. We have worked hard to provide a beautiful place for your time with us and ask only that you respect it as we do. Upon leaving do not make the beds as we would like to make sure that they are fresh for the next lot of guests.
NOTE - we are not taking bookings beyond Jan 2025

Summary: The location was great. The property needs some maintenance, not very clean and beds were very uncomfortable, but overall it was an okay stay.

Summary: The property is amazing, plenty of space, so much natural light, good view of the town, and in a quiet location. The property is high quality and was a huge value add to our stay in the town. Property managers were quick to reply and very professional. Would definitely recommend and stay again :)
