The Shula Getaway sits on three acres of serene nature and rolling stone walls. Take full advantage of this 1,800 sq ft two-story home just a short drive from Woodstock, NY. Perfect for families, with a modern open layout, sleeps up to ten, four bedrooms, two & a half bathrooms, TV room, piano, outdoor hot tub, deck, grill, firepit, seasonal unheated pool (open from Labor-Memorial Day), and expansive yard to play or frolic about!
4 bedrooms, all upstairs
2.5 bathrooms, one on the first floor and the rest upstairs.
The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and includes all new appliances, a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with filter, microwave, and everything you'll need for meal prep and cooking, bring your extra spices though if salt & pepper won't cut it!
A huge dining table with seating for up to 10.
The Lounge area has a large sectional sofa L-shaped sofa for the whole family to hang, as well as a Smart TV, as well as a piano for playing!
Winter, fully heated throughout, and for Summer we have three AC window units.
Basement is unfinished but has a ping pong table, carpeted playroom, and laundry for you to use, we also provide detergent.
The backyard deck is great for entertaining with a new propane grill and outdoor furniture. Hot tub year round, Firepit with Adirondack chairs, bring your own wood!
A seasonal above ground 4ft pool (open from Memorial - Labor day) it's unheated but perfect during the height of the Summer.
Located just 8 mins from the center of Woodstock, NY. This property is both remote and central, which we love! Please be aware cell service can be spotty, but WIFI is great. Also because it’s the country, storms do cause power outages sometimes. It can go out for a few hours, but that's all part of the adventure.

Summary: Our group of 9 had a wonderful stay in the Modern Farmhouse. The kitchen is well stocked (although we struggled to get the oven to stay on - not sure what we were doing since it was electric). Bedrooms are comfortable and mattresses are great. Basement is unfinished, but okay for playing ping pong. There are quite a few private roads in the Catskills and they are plowed by contracted individuals. Unfortunately, we all drive hybrids that do not have all wheel drive, and this causes us headaches when we go skiing. Modern farmhouse host was wonderful and responded to our concerns quickly. We were able to enjoy the house and spend time hiking, skiing and in Woodstock. Would definitely go back!

Summary: We really enjoyed our time. The house had everything we needed and the backyard area was very fun. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to get away from the city and enjoy a pool and hot tub.

Summary: The beds were all comfy and awesome that they’re king sized, so it can accommodate a larger group. The house is super close to Woodstock but also just down the street from Bearsville restaurants. You do have privacy though a new house is being built next door, so we heard that noise during the day, which wasn’t terrible honestly. If you have little ones they would need to wear shoes on the deck. And the igniter on the grill wasn’t working, but would start up with matches or a lighter. Overall, it was just what we were looking for.

Summary: A can't-be-beat location, just a stones throw from Woodstock, on a private drive that feels charmingly secluded. The beds are extremely comfortable, with soft linens. Hava was easy to communicate with, super-responsive, and checked in on us throughout our stay.

Summary: This cute house is a 10-minute drive from Woodstock, close enough to a town with shopping and good restaurants but far enough away that it feels private. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including a hot tub and ping pong table! Sitting in the hot tub while it lightly snowed was magical! The tv gave us some problems but we we were able to log in with our own Netflix account. Wifi signal was strong.
