Summary: This is my second stay at this property, because the first one was perfect. The house is very spacious, the kitchen is super complete and the bedrooms are very comfortable.It is minutes away from a great shopping area and many good restaurants, as well as Nathan Benderson Park.Communication with the manager of the property was always quick. Thank you for making my stay in Sarasota great once again.

Summary: We loved the house and location. It was an all around 5 star place to stay. Next time I'm in the area, I will stay here if it is available. Communication was great. We could ride our bikes to Nathan Benderson Park, which was why we were in the area. Our daughter had a World Competition at the Park. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and anything you would need. The house was quiet and a nice place to relax! Thank you!

Summary: This house had everything we needed for our stay and was easy traveling back and forth to Nathan Henderson park. Rick was very responsive to our questions during the stay. Highly recommend!

Summary: We were in town for The President's Cup tournament. This house was basically in the middle of the two field locations. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around. The house is beautiful and has a HUGE yard. It was very clean and bright inside. Quiet at night. Definitely a 100% positive review from me. I would go back for sure.
