Enjoy a beautifully furnished, well equipped and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Sleeps 4 - 6. Secure, third floor unit (with elevator) overlooks golf course in a fabulous gated community with a 27 hole championship golf and professional tennis club. Please note that the condo association requires a minimum of one month for all rentals at River Strand.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped with special walking and biking trails, bocci courts. Covered parking is included.
The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve your own meals. Spacious wooden cupboards, granite counter tops and stainless appliances including a stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. A washer and dryer are also included in the unit for your convenience. A private, screened lanai with table and chairs (and an overhead fan for those warm afternoons and evenings) overlooks the 7th hole. The scenery is fabulous with lots of wildlife and birds to enjoy near the water which the lanai overlooks.
The condo includes a 50" HD flat screen TV with cable in the living room area and 32" HD TVs with cable in each of 2 bedrooms; a blue-ray/DVD player, Netflix, free wireless and telephone with free long distance to the U.S. and Canada. Air conditioning/heat, electricity, water and trash removal are included in the rent.
The master suite has a king-sized bed and his and hers walk-in closets. The guest room is equipped with two single beds. The bathrooms are beautifully appointed - one with a large stall shower and the other with a soaking tub and shower. All linens, including beach towels and are supplied. Beach chairs and 2 bikes (with helmets) are available for guest use.

Summary: The property is very nice and has a beautiful view from the linai across a small pond with the 7th hole of the Estuary golf course in the background. It is conveniently located a short distance from the River Strand resort amenities. There are supermarkets (eg, Costco, Walmart and Publix) very close by and many restaurants and entertainment a short drive away in Bradenton and Sarasota.

Summary: After a year of living in a time of Covid, it was so nice to get to Florida where the weather was warm. We were able to get outside and not worry so much. The rental allowed us to do that. I love the view from our porch, the golf course and the wildlife in the water. The rooms were comfy. Thank you for allowing us to rent it.

Summary: I will surely miss my mornings at this lovely condo. The photo cannot capture the always changing landscape in the horizon and the morning greetings from the water birds just below the lanai: 3 sleek otters weaving among the marsh grasses, while nearby stately Great Blues stealth through the shallow waters and ducks playfully out-skim each other across the large pond. Bring your binoculars to catch all the action! Other condos overlook golf first then nature. The location of this condo is perfect because the 7th hole is on the other side of the large marsh & pond which is just below. Yes, we are also avid golfers and River Strand is one of the top courses in the area in terms of conditioning, challenging course design, green speed and the abundance of natural areas. Also easy access to good quality theatre, symphony and arts in nearby Sarasota. La Boheme at Sarasota Opera was surprisingly good compared to other major city productions. My final compliments are for the owners who generously go out of their way to ensure the condo is well-stocked and very comfortable. Bikes, helmets, beach chairs & towels are also provided for use. It is the 'extras' that distinguish this unit over others that we have previously rented.

Summary: We rented this, well-appointed and very well equipped condo for the month of December 2014. It is the details and many extras that made this unit stand well above units we have rented in the past. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything required to cook meals and entertain. As golfers we appreciated the access to the 27 holes of golf which were in excellent condition and we were able to book times very easily on-line. The view from the lanai is fantastic and provided entertainment watching others try to master that hole. The owner is very accommodating and friendly to deal with. We would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone!

Summary: Perfect location, perfect golf, and a perfect condo. Everything was just as advertised. This new condo is in great condition, beautifully furnished, and has a wonderful view of the golf course. The owners were very accommodating and we would definitely stay here again. This was our 1st attempt at a month long stay in Florida for the winter and were not disappointed.

Summary: My wife and I have rented this condo 2 years in a row. We found everything as advertised and the owner very helpful and straightforward. Excellent TV, WiFi and free phone service to Canada and the US. The photos show you exactly what you are getting and it is always clean upon arrival. The golf course, various pools and work out facility are all amazing. You will not be disappointed by renting this great condo with a view.
