The Villa Leon was built in 2006. Acquired from us in 2010 after a complete renovation and newly furnished and furnished in November.
Our vacation home is located in the Sunshine State on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy sun, sea and dream beaches all year round.
There is something for every taste: swimming, boating, shopping, a number of sports, nightlife, family vacations and much more.
Our holiday home offers you suitable accommodation.
The modern holiday villa offers a lot of comfort: 3 bedrooms for up to 6 guests, open spaces, stylish furniture, flat-screen TV, DVD / CD entertainment system, free WiFi internet access, large pool area, channel location with great views.
Our house is located in a quiet side street. You live in Villa Leon in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. Nevertheless, it is only a few minutes drive to restaurants and shopping opportunities. The most important supermarkets in Florida - Walmart 24h and Publix - can be reached by car within a few minutes.
The living room is modernly furnished with a comfortable leather couch, armchair and a noble designer glass table. On a media board there is a large HD TV flat screen, with DVD player and satellite receiver as well as a portable radio CD player.
The large sliding glass elements provide an impressive view and direct access to the pool area. The elements can be completely pushed aside so that the living room with the lanai merges into one large room.
The living room / dining room is particularly high quality and homely thanks to the noble wooden floor
The high ceiling and the open interior design round off the furniture design with the modern house. The open kitchen to the living room with counter, the breakfast corner and the dining room connect the 4 rooms with each other.
The modern dining area with granite table offers enough space for up to 6 people to eat and sit together.
The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with oven, a double-sided fridge / freezer with ice cube and crushed ice dispenser, as well as a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, etc. The usual kitchen equipment also has everything there should be in a kitchen. In addition to sufficient dishes and glasses for up to 8 people, you will also find barbecue utensils and table decorations in the individual cupboards of the kitchen.
The breakfast corner is connected to the kitchen. From this you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pool area and the canal
Start the day with a dip in your own pool. This can be reached through 2 sliding glass doors and through the pool. Enjoy the view over the canal, sunbathe on the available loungers, have breakfast outdoors or have a cozy barbecue evening.
If you don't want to use the water to cool down, you can heat the pool using the heat pump and swim a few laps at a comfortable temperature.
4 height-adjustable sun loungers and a table with 6 chairs are available for you in the pool area on the terrace. Towels are provided for the sun loungers. You can also prepare a delicious barbecue on the large pool grill and end the evening in the illuminated pool area when the sun goes down.
The bedrooms are equipped with enough bed linen. There is a second TV with DVD player in the master bedroom.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room.

Summary: We arrived late on Christmas Eve, for a week vacation. All the lights around the house were switched off. It was very hard to find the lockbox with the key. It was located on the side wall about 6" from the ground. I had to hold my cell phone with my one hand on my knees trying to read the numbers and open the box to retrieve the key to the house. There was no single buttle of water or anything to drink. I don't know if they ever changed the filters for drinking water at the sink. The filtered water was stinky and tasted terrible.There was no coffee or tea in the house, and we couldn’t buy anything. All the stores were closed early for Christmas. The swimming pool was covered with blue plastic, and the water was very cold at about 68 F. The pool heater was switched off permanently. The AC thermostat was set up for 79F and the AC was never working because outside temperature was lower than 75F. I also don't understand why I was charged 210 service fee. We didn’t use any service. The TV sets were not working in the house. We stayed many times in other houses in Cape Coral, all of them were guest friendly. On the end they added 46 for electricity over the limit use. We never stayed in the house during the days, the AC wasn’t working and the pool heater was off. They would probably double the price of the entire stay, if the pool heater was working and the AC was on. I think these are very dishonest people and they don't provide the features as they advertise.

Summary: Had to extend our stay at the property. The owners and management company were fantastic to work with. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, but close to fuel, grocery store and restaurants. Couldn't have picked a better place. Will definitely refer this property to friends and family.

Summary: I had a wonderful experience. Excellent communication with the owner. The canal offered a wonderful backdrop to see different wildlife. Each morning I enjoyed coffee on the lanai, with privacy. The pool was refreshing. I plan to stay again next year!

Summary: I enjoyed my stay at this property and loved the secludedness of the location. House was spotless and owner even had bikes I could ride. Bed was very comfortable and the pool after it was cleaned was my most favorite spot. I would highly recommend this lovely spot as a place to stay in while visiting Florida.
