Located in a quiet district in Seminyak, the Balinese Riviera, the villa offers a huge pool. It is located just a few minutes walk from restaurants, trendy bars and chic boutiques to the lively Oberoi, and only 1 mile from the most beautiful beach of the island and trendy bars like KU DE TA overlooking the sea and its waves for the delight of surfers.
Ideal for couples, family or friends, the villa has 3 large bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms, can accommodate 2 to 8 people, and will delight each lover of design and exoticism. This villa is a beautiful architect-designed house with contemporary and sleek, but where the tropical and zen atmosphere has a big place. Large volume characterizes its interior space.
The villa has a living area of 200 m² and has 3 large bedrooms, with 3 king size beds, (single beds on request with extra charge), huge dressings, 3 TV, Free Netflix access in Bedroom 1, 2 with direct access to the pool.
The exterior is enhanced by a long mirror swimming pool, with a beach with sunbeds in the water, as well as an outdoor lounge providing a huge sofa and coffee table with view in the pool water.
In the evening, a blue light all around the garden makes the villa come magical.
The garden full of exotic trees provides a sense of serenity to this wonderful place.
Without forgetting the original entrance fish pond where you walk to access the lounge entrance.
Daily Housekeeping,

Summary: Our stay our Villa Shivareva was fantastic. Host and staff were friendly and accommodating. There were only four of us, we had originally planned on having another family with us so 8 in total, if that had of eventuated I think it would have been a little cramped but definitely manageable. If we choose Bali for another holiday my first step would be to enquire with Emma and what Villas they have to offer. Great Holiday

Summary: Beautiful villa. The best part about the villa was the amazing staff that looked after us. Nothing was too much trouble ….. food, laundry, taxi, massage etc. A little worn in general and the outdoor pool furniture could use an upgrade but overall a great stay. The villa is away from the hustle and bustle of the main area of Seminyak so taxis/bikes were needed on a daily basis if leaving the villa. Huge pool which the kids loved with lovely bedrooms and semi outdoor bathrooms. Happy campers!

Summary: Excellent Communications with owner was all clear and good . Reception to Villa very good with staff and cold drinks ready . Villa , couldn’t ask for more , very quiet and peaceful but only a short walk or grab ride to bars and restaurants Highly recommended Hopefully be back again Pete and Sam

Summary: This villa was spectacular in every way. It was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well presented. The staff were amazing! They couldn’t do enough for us and were so kind and helpful. We had a chef come to the Villa one evening and cook us a meal, which was one of the most wonderful experiences and the food was divine. The pool is warm throughout the day and night. I honestly cannot fault this Villa. We loved every second of our stay.
