We are an exclusive vacation rental agency that provides the best possible experience for both owners and guests. Because of this, we have specific rules and regulations in place. Please read the following carefully:
→ You Must be 33 year of age to book this home.
→ A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.
→ NO bachelor parties, weddings, or events are allowed.
→ Standard Occupancy is limited to (10) with Max Occupancy limited to (12), $150/night fee for guests over Standard Occupancy Limit. Exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in additional charges of $250/person/day.
→ Pool heat is an optional add-on charge and must be applied for the duration of the reservation. Hot tub heat is included with the reservation.
→ Quiet hours after 9 PM must be respected; violations could result in removal without refund.
→ A valid credit card on file is required for all incidentals.
Reservations are non-refundable, and cancellations result in loss of all rents paid. We require a 5,000-10,000 deposit for Long Term stays (30+ nights). After booking, you’ll be asked to provide your personal email so we can send the rental agreement. A valid credit card and ID will also be collected to verify your identity. You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book.
Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we require a refundable deposit and a signed Long-Term Addendum.

Summary: We have been traveling to Scottsdale from New England for years, each time staying at homes that looked great on the online, but were never quite as good as advertised. This Camelback home is far more spectacular then website portrays it. There is no better way to watch the sunset, then sitting in the hot tub overlooking Scottsdale and Phoenix. Unless of course you want to watch it from the roof top deck, drink in hand, sitting on couch by the fire pit. Three words to describe this home: Off the charts. Can’t wait to come back next year. Summary: We were so over the moon and so happy in your beautiful place! The kids were crazy excited to play on the chipping and putting greens all day. Your home is so beautiful. We celebrated family birthdays by grilling burgers and eating as the sun set. We ate at 7 wonderful restaurants in Scottsdale, basked in the starry sky at night and the sun during the day. It will truly be one of my "happy places" that I wander to in my mind when the harsh mid-west winters set in. More than once, each of us has said "This is this best vacation ever!"

Summary: Incredible views in front of you with a mountain behind you. The pool is awesome and there's plenty of deck space to hang out. We loved spending our days out by the pool listening to music and the sound of the waterfall built into the side of the mountain.
