Summary: The communication prior to arrival was very good., but it stopped right at arrival. We did not notice the keybox and the person we were told to ask, stated he was not the right contact, although he did tell us where to find the keybox. The sanitary installation is very poor. Toilet flushes for about 30min, shower in bathtub leaks bad. Further there is no freezer in the kitchen and the equipment in the kitchen has no instructions on how to use. The kitchen on another note is well equipped. The biggest downfall was the fact that the bedrooms are upstairs and there is no bathroom upstairs. The stairway to the upstairs is very steep and hard for elderly and also dangerous when you come with smaller kids. We did not feel comfortable going down these stairs at night (also stairs are slipery) when you need to go to bathroom. There was no communication during our stay (and we stayed 12 days) if everything was ok. Towels that are available definitely are not fresh. Definitely would not recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a comfortable, relaxing and somewhat upscale place to stay
